Purchased handbag from ioffer, then I was receiving messages asking for 5 star rating from seller. Used handbag less than a dozen times and started to fall to pieces. Seller did not respond to any of my emails of complaint. Handbag ended up in bin.

Never received the item I ordered and no help from Ioffer. I have ordered in the past with decent results but this last time stopped me. Glad it was only $17 but then I started getting charges from places in Tai Wan and Tokyo on my credit card.

I bought some stuff from this site (but only b/c didn't find them at any other site), some of the items were value for the money paid but some were bad quality. The biggest problem with iOffer is that it feels like there is no support team, no parents to this site. I tried contact them several times and never got response. Most of the sellers there (if not all) don't speak English and don't answer your questions. Also there is not enough details on every item and the whole procedure of buying is very clumsy.
I try buying from there as less as possible.

My son has been ordering from ioffer for about 2 yrs without a problem. Packages arrive in about 5-9 days. He knows the stuff is knock off but when you can get a pair of nike air max for $45 and they're $110 in the store who cares, Why pay more when you won't even wear it the following year anyway. If they didn't have paypal I wouldn't order from them.

Horrible service

I placed an order with 5 different sellers from this site and only 1 gave me a real tracking number. Theses guys are thieves. Don't get ripped off like I did. Be warned. I regret not searching for reviews and made my purchase. No I got Nothing but scammed!

Up until now I have been a lucky buyer with iOffer. However, one seller " zhuceof" has proven to be totally untrustworthy. Made a purchase end of August 2014 and never received item. Contacted seller regularly to be told "wait, wait". 10 weeks on and still no delivery. Tracking number not recognised and seller playing the long game. Will not issue replacement and whilst site feedback looks good I would not recommend this seller as when things go wrong they have no ethics or customer service.

After making a purchase on ioffer.com from Longene co ltd my credit card got hacked and unauthorized transactions were made. I told ioffer.com through a private message on fb, and guess what they don't even reply! Of course what are they suppose to say, that they let illegal activities to take place via their site?! Beware of these scammers! As for the item purchased, I will most likely not receive.

I ordered a Louis vuitton bag and 12 days later recieved it. Amazing quality. I will only order from sellers with a least 4 stars of feedback on thier items. Just do the same and you should be safe from scammers.

After one week of purchase, the item still on pending and haven't post yet even the goods was fully paid!
Never buying parfume from Ioffer.com, because many of the sellers only sell copy product! Terrible... more

For a number of years now I have done probably 90% of my shopping via internet web sites. This one, ioffer, is without doubt the worst one that I have ever dealt with. It absolutely cannot get any worse than this. I strongly recommend that you avoid this web site like the plague!

Purchased a pair of trainers size euro44 and turned up to be equivalent to 41 euro size. Seller is not replying at all after receiving my money.
I offer sent him an email to respond but IOffer is part of the problem as they are not serious! Why they bother if you spend cash on them!
IOffer website account and logging is not user friendly and you end up wasting so much if your time.
No Human Interacts with you or perhaps enjoying my. Cash in China!

I ordered three things all off of different sellers. Only one of them came. But the other two items I have been waiting for still have not arrived. I ordered this about two months ago. The same day they took the money out of my account. I don't recommend this website to anyone it's a piece of crap!

I'm surprised with all the negative reviews on this site.

I've purchased 2 products via this website, both DVD complete series. I've received both of them promptly, and the quality has been impressive (considering I knew they'd be imports). There weren't any commercials on them, the picture quality has been just about crystal clear on all episodes, the audio quality is excellent and one of the 2 sellers even provided the DVD cases with artwork.

The only advice I can think to give about this site is just research all the possible sellers and message them any questions you'd have before purchasing. Also, pay with PayPal. They protect your money and get it back for you if your item never comes (I've had that problem more with eBay than any other site honestly).

Buyers Beware

Although you can find amazing deals on brand named items, there is no regulation and/or accountability for the vendors. It's a free for all! I have dealt with really good, honest vendors, and I've been ripped of majorly by others. I'm out over $200 for products I paid for and never received. They have a system that allows the vendors to get away with fraud and they help to cover it up too. I wish there was some way to get my money back and hold the founder responsible. I plan to take legal action.

They are totally unprofessional, they take your money but don't want to ship until there good and ready. When you ask them a question they are rude. They tell you that they are shipping from China but ship from US. My purchase was made in Feb, but they send you a tracking number of a package that was shipped last Dec. I file a claim with PayPal and they call me a scammer and every day they make up all kind of stories. I have never seen anything like it in my entire life. Stay away from them.

I am trying to see the bad reviews about the seller and IOFFER lets you look at the
Positive reviews first. You need to go thousands reviews before having a chance seeing the bad ones. Why? What the #$%&!@ they are hiding. Surly protecting the sellers.

Site is full of scammers. Order a product, pay the money and then wait for nothing to arrive. IOffer admin don't care, they will not get involved in disputes and will allow scam sellers to continue trading. Discraceful site!
