After making a purchase on ioffer.com from Longene co ltd my credit card got hacked and unauthorized transactions were made. I told ioffer.com through a private message on fb, and guess what they don't even reply! Of course what are they suppose to say, that they let illegal activities to take place via their site?! Beware of these scammers! As for the item purchased, I will most likely not receive.
I had my order deliver with one damaged item, two missing which they then sent, and items that when measured do not match there size chart so its useless getting measured and checking the size chart to order the correct size. Is this even legal? They look nice online but totally different when received! I tried to post a review for one of the dresses I received but I guess first they review it before they decide to post it. So reading the reviews wont help. They want me to close a dispute on paypal before they give me the refund they promised, this is not acceptable.

We checked your order and the size you ordered is Size S or M, the clothing sell on our site is Asian Size, maybe the size you choose does not fit. We kindly suggest every customer refer to the Size Chart before they order.
We emailed you already, please kindly check and reply, once the size issue is confirmed, we are glad to fix this issue for you.
We will be in touch with the customer to personally apologize and offer special consideration for what was clearly an unacceptable level of service. We can and will do better in the future.
