Luke from the UK
This must be the biggest scam out. Am still waiting for my daughters All stars, a birthday present. I would like to know how the people involved in this treat there children? Do they promise and not deliver? This is steeling, and this site should be shut down ASAP. I will pass on the information to trading standards UK, along with all other professional body's to get the site banned. What I want to know? Is why Paypal endorse the site?
Please, please, please stay away from his site. They only sell junk. I don't believe any single of the reviews there. Yo can't jump to read bad reviews as in amazon, it's all fake. I bought a Michael Kors watch which for the price I paid I was expecting to be fake but we all know there are fakes and fakes. This is the cheapest piece of sh*t you can ever imagine. On top of that it doesn't work. The hands of the watch get stuck at 10:50 and that's it. It's really a waste of time (it takes forever to arrive!) and money. I've learnt my lesson. Next time you want to get rid of some money give it to charity, much much better feeling inside that when someone cons you for a stupid watch!
I am not going to rate this site any higher than 2 simply b/c of the misrepresentation of the products. Some of the products, I should say. Most all of them are knock offs, bootleg, or cheap product not worth 2 cents. As long as you know that going in, you're good. I bought an item, received the item, item stopped functioning within a month, but oh well it was a tongue in cheek gift anyway.
I've bought from different buyers several times and luckily it all went smooth. The products were good and also the communication. But you have to be careful, I bought a bag and the day after I'd paid the seller changed the description and photos for a much cheaper looking bag but I talked with him and he sent me photos of the real bag to my email so I accepted it and I'm glad I did because the bag it's beautiful, but the thing is that if sellers can change product descriptions so freely you don't have any security or proof of what you're buying. What I suggest, just like at Ebay, pick the sellers with good reputation and ignore the new ones and always read carefully the product descriptions. Now I take screen shots of the products just in case.
I ordered a pair of shoes in Mar 17 and was tracking the item but found the address recorded was without street no., Sent them messages to correct the address and re-send the item. They were very careless and not responding to my queries/concerns but kept sending responses like 'I will send refund or if the shipment comes to you it is free'. Neither I received shipment nor refund even after 3 months
I received a defective loud hard drive that would not idle down. The activity light constantly flashed as if it were loading programs, but nothing was going on. I got a hold of the seller. He said he does not do returns. He simply told me to do research on google for the problem. I told him there was no need to google it, that it is a defective hard drive. He never got back to me with a resolution thus far. Do not buy from them, they are crooks and scam artist.
I bought couples of bags (around 6), 1 still nor received and another one
Torn after couple of days...
I sent tickets through their service on the website, got response after 6
Days about the torn bag and they told me they are just a marketplace and i need to contact
The seller directly and settle my argument with him by myself.
About the delayed last bag (2 months delay), still didn't get any response.
Very disappointing...:-(
I give ioffer 9 out of 10. I have only ever had 1 problem with this site other than that I really like ioffer. It does take awhile to receive your items but they keep you informed you the whole time. I will continue ordering from this site.
I was a seller on ioffer and I found that someone used my debit card and made purchases on it from Bulgaria. It is amazing how a few days before this happened I was chatting with ioffer support and the same debit card gets used and all of a sudden my bank blocks the transactions suspecting fraudulent activity.
I would say never trust ioffer as they are a fraud company and their employees can steal your card information if they know you are not US based or are otherwise a sucker for cyber crime.
I did get my money back (approx $300) from my bank but I swear I will never use ioffer again.
I ordered one handbag for my daughter for Christmas. My card was charged (the price including a fee of $3 and a $1.15 "international" fee) but the website shows the item as not paid for and I keep getting automated emails requesting payment! Now, I have to wait five business days and dispute the transaction with my card company (which can take up to 45 business days). So I am out the money and the hand bag until after Christmas. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this site.
I have had almost identical bad experience with this site as some of these other reviews. I ordered an item, paid for it with pay pal, get verification from seller and pay pal, then the item is cancelled for lack of payment. I send messages as well as copies of the paypal statement and receive horrible customer service and no refund. Then seller contacts me with no idea of what is going on as though they have not received any communication. Keep the money, donate it to charity. But its a horrible site and not recommended. Sellers and buyers beware!
This awful seller whom sells counterfeit good is terrible... her attitude if the goods get seized by border force will be... In her own words... what?Friend, this is your country customs problem,
Your package I'm sure to send, this is not my responsibility,. Thank you.
Nice! NOT.
In my experience Ioffer is a den of thieves. I got taken and there is absolutely NO support from whomever owns the site. How can this website still exist. The Feds should shut this company down. Morally speaking this company is Bankrupt. Do Not buy from here.
There is no buyer protection. Sure you can get your money back if you pay by cc or Paypal, but who wants to go through weeks or months of deception from the scam seller and ioffer website that allows this fraud to go on! Find another website to get your knock offs and do you research!
This website straight SUCKS. Signed up yesterday, made my first purchase and their checkout process won't even redirect me to a place to make a payment. Sent a bug report to the morons running the thing and they replied as if I was the problem. A group of brain-damaged lab monkeys could do a better job of running a website than the idiots that are at the wheel now. Would'nt even give them a quarter of a star... but have to give them one to post this.
Hi I have bought about ten items from Ioffer. Most of them have been very good value for the price paid, all have been as described. All have been fakes, but any one who thinks they are buying the real thing at the prices asked is a bit misguided. The best items I have bought have been polo shirts tee shirts pullovers ect. Some have been very good quality indeed makes me wonder how much better the real thing can be. All in all I like Ioffer yes it can be frustrating, and you do get some strange answers to questions asked but it is up to the buyer to make the right judgement pay his or her money and take their chances so far I have been very lucky.
I don't support nor buy from any internet shopping sites that knowingly sells knock-offs/replicas/fakes. I browsed ioffer recently and almost everything's a fake. I trust the negative reviews from here. Ioffer should be shut down!
Order a purse off this seller talk about lack of communication messaged them at least 10 times only got 1 response also emailed to them and got no response still not got my purse trying to get my money back anyone else had the same problems
I ordered a coat on the site and seller stated accepted PayPal therefore I felt maybe more reliable. Coat has not arrived I received invoice straight away and paid it by return. Received confirmation of payment and have heard nothing since and the details were updated to state item delivered. Tracking number sent which referred to an address in Doncaster NOT ME! Now raised with PayPal no contact from seller since.
What a pile of $#*!! Lost over £20 due to items not turning up! I got 1 item out of 3! $#*!ing taking the piss... faulty website and lead you on big time! I should of read the reviews before buying! No communication either from the bunch of wankers! $#*!ed off big time, should give me my money back and the site should be closed down! $#*!ed off big time! Waste of money seriously! When I did receive only 1 item it was such a Waste of money, so $#*! and nothing fits in the purse! So $#*!ing angry
Answer: If they are from China, they are fake!
Answer: Not every seller. I ordered 5 items from 5 different sellers and got every item I ordered. I can't speak for everybody, but I was satisfied
