Tip for consumers: I think they could do better with the chat portion of the credit counseling. At one point I was asking the credit counselor a question and was never given a response. I felt the responses were somewhat "canned" and went over the same information covered in the online course.
Tip for consumers: They have items on Sale occasionally and it's a big deal. Also, look for coupons online
Tip for consumers: Do not believe any good reviews or references as they are simply made up and added through hacking where possible
