I ordered my bed over two weeks ago and had a 7-10 day delivery, but as yet the bed has not come. No one seems to know where it is or when I will get it. I spoke to a manager who last week told me to relax, then today me on hold and left for the day. The poor customer service representative who I got after that had no idea what was going on, because there were "no notes in the system". When I asked how they were going to make it right, the best they could do is offer me a $100 gift certificate to their web-site. I paid almost $1,000 for my bed and white glove delivery! I keep being told by the company and the shipper that someone will call me back, but no one calls. Furthermore, because they can't find the bed in shipment, they have to order me another one and it will take another 7-10 days. The shipper they used was pilot. So very frustrating! I'm hoping I get my bed next week.
Avoid these people like the plague. Found the same product they sell locally for 25% less... submitted it for a price match and was told because the local company does not offer their "Polytop upgrade" that would not honor the price.
Nobody else sell this "Polytop" option so it looks like it is just a scam to avoid every having to truly match a lower price. Shame on them- Avoid.
Should have realized after my first contact with one of their reps this would be a nightmare. Order a daubed with trundle, opted for my second choice as they would not honor low price guarantee on my first option as they stated theirs included a mattress, which I refused, as wanted particular mattresses for this daybed. Then they guaranteed delivery by 12/15, today is the 19th, have contacted the shipper and daybeddeals. Evidently shipper has been holding shipment since the 13th as they are missing one box. Spent an hour trying to get the info from daybeddeals. Stated they are looking into it, and will call me back. So far no return call, just like waiting for the rep to call me back regarding low price match. Order from someone else! Needed this daybed for the holidays, now looks like my guests will be sleeping in the floor
There were problems every step of the way. Started with them sending the wrong mattress. The matress I was told was coming with the bed and wanted didn't arrive. And I needed to pay and additional $50. They short shipped all the nuts and bolts... nedded to wait then the plugs that were sent were the wrong color two times. Not to mention no directions were included. Now I am waiting 90-120 days for the correct color plugs to come from China. Called Customer Service Manager left a long and angery message... and I am still waiting to have her call me back. STAY AWAY! And PS: Was on hold for a total of close to 1 hour.
