I ordered my bed over two weeks ago and had a 7-10 day delivery, but as yet the bed has not come. No one seems to know where it is or when I will get it. I spoke to a manager who last week told me to relax, then today me on hold and left for the day. The poor customer service representative who I got after that had no idea what was going on, because there were "no notes in the system". When I asked how they were going to make it right, the best they could do is offer me a $100 gift certificate to their web-site. I paid almost $1,000 for my bed and white glove delivery! I keep being told by the company and the shipper that someone will call me back, but no one calls. Furthermore, because they can't find the bed in shipment, they have to order me another one and it will take another 7-10 days. The shipper they used was pilot. So very frustrating! I'm hoping I get my bed next week.

Avoid these people like the plague. Found the same product they sell locally for 25% less......
