This is a good hotel with excellent proximity to Paddington Station (& Heathrow Express). Must book early in high season. It can be hot in summer and the location of your room can make a big difference. Good breakfast is included, which is a big bonus for a family of 4. Had a problem when booking online at Wyndham Rewards and attempted to correct this directly with the hotel. They accidentally double booked us which we finally got straightened out with Wyndham, but that is an unusual circumstance. Using Wyndham Reward points for this hotel is an excellent value when there's availability. Made this reservation for my son and he preferred a second floor room at the front of the building (at least in the summer). Americans, bring your own wash cloth. UK motel/hotels generally do not provide them.

5/12/22 made the mistake of selecting this hotel online based on the Days Inn brand. Days Inn should be embarrassed with this franchise. Disgustingly dirty hallways with paint flaking away and baseboards chipped and broken (see pics). The rooms are slightly better, and clean enough, but the mattresses are sagging and bathrooms old and tired. We were shocked at the lack basic maintenance and the overall quality of this Days Inn,... and with multiple hotels to choose from in Kanab will most definitely choose one of their competitors next time we're through town. $91 poorly spent.

Im currently on a vacation with my husband and children. We live in Arizona and decided to stay at your Days Inn on Adobe Falls Road location. At approximately 10pm at night I heard the door handle being turned. I had the dead bolt locked. I looked out the peep hole and saw a middle aged homeless looking woman using a key card and she opened my door. I was terrified. I yelled at the top of my lungs to make her leave and I slammed the door. At this point Im shaking and in tears. I called the front desk and she basically said theres nothing that can be done beyond checking out, IN THE MIDDLE IF THE NIGHT WITH MY SLEEPING CHILDREN IN A TOWN THAT I DONT KNOW WHERE ANYTHING IS! She sent a maintenance man up to change the locks and he admitted that he saw the woman in lock our room with a key card. I called the front desk four more times and she offered to move our rooms but if the woman has a master key it wont even matter. Apparently theres not a night manager because I requested to speak w her multiple times and was eventually told there wasnt one. She didnt even offer to compensate our costs. To me it would make sense to compensate our stay and send us to a sister location that is safer. So far shes denied the request and is waiting on her manager. I want this situation to b made right. My son had heart surgery a year ago and this vacation is his first summer vacation in two years. Is this really how all Wyndham locations treat their customer? Does Wyndham really not care about the safety of their customers? I cant even articulate how I feel right now.

Jasmine from the front desk finally got in contact with manager breisi Ramos per Ms Ramos she will comp 50% of tonights charge and refuses to send us to a sister site. Not only does she refuse to compensate our stay she stated (per jasmine) "If they got a problem with it they can contact cooperate because I dont care at that point I received an email address for cooperate." Im not confident that this company is concerned about the safety of the customers nor conflict resolution. Im devastated and absolutely heartbroken. There is a master key floating around and its quite obvious that its being used as a place for homeless people to get high or do god knows what. I thought this was supposed to be a family friendly hotel? I dont have the money to reschedule this vacation. Im a full time student and my husband is an officer. We work our butts off and all we wanted was to give our children a good time.

This is dirtiest motel room I've ever encountered. A combination of mildew and cigarettes was not a welcome scent or a great first impression. All surfaces, including the luggage rack, are coated with grime; the chairs are stained.

There is a great deal of black mold on the window directly behind the air conditoner. There are boogers on the walls. The bedding in a "non smoking room" is riddled with holes and cigarette burns.

I killed two flies during my 6-hour stay here. There was still one lurking somewhere in the room - perhaps it got stuck in the cobweb above the bed.

Days Inn corporate does nothing to make the situation right. They refer the issue back to the unprofessional motel manager, who is belligerent and argumentative. He suggested that perhaps I created the mess. He did not offer any theories on how I could have created black mold or cobwebs in a 6-hour time span.

Tip for consumers:
Stay anywhere but here. The place is a health hazard and should not be in business.

What an awful place on their website it is described as a crack house haven. It smells, dirty, poop on the bathroom wall, carpet coming apart dirty tub, 10 inch TV, urine in the breezeway, dirty pool, Scary people living there. I was afraid of bedbugs ( I never got close enough to the bed to figure out what was up with it... I'm sure it smelled too.

I checked out after an hour, I wasn't even in the room for 15 mins, but was looking for something else. Since we were out of state on a holiday.

BTW: NEVER USE KAYAK EITHER they did a bait and switch and kept my money. I ended up driving home. Great vacation, 7 hours up and back in one day after 4 hours at the beach. For 165.00 plus food and gas. This is where I was supposed to be staying.

DaysInn gives you the least value for your money.

I stayed at the DaysInn hotel in Seattle Airport (Seatac) in August, 2013
One night at the DaysInn costs $140 before taxes.
For these $140 dollars I got a standard queen size bedroom without any frills.
The room was supposed to have a jacuzi. Well it had a bath tub -- slight different
Perception here.
I've asked for the least noisey room. But since DaysInn is on a major airport
Access road the noise pollution was quite high.

I was happy to get free Wifi access. But even here there was a problem: my computer was unable to connect to the hub. When trying the lobby's hub I connected successfully but at lower speed due to the fainter signal.

The bottom line is: I will try to avoid staying at DaysInn...
