I bought a pair of heated liner gloves costing $179AUD. Followed the website measurement to determine size. The gloves arrive & they are loose which means the sizing is not accurate even if you do it right.

Emailed them. Their suggestions:
1. Buy another pair & they'll take away 15% off.
2. Buy just the gloves half price.

They do not recommend returning the gloves & replacing it with the proper sizing.

All their "help" suggestion is for their advantage where the customer comes out of pocket.

Typical Chinese company thieves.
