I hired this firm. It was a poor decision on my part. I would stay away from this company because I was constantly misled, delayed, and ultimately ripped-off. Do yourself a favor and try to find someone who is more reliable and trustworthy.
Tip for consumers:
Either find another company or do not pay for anything until you confirm the work is done. Get a concrete contract written up with provisions/penalties for delays. Make sure you get them to agree to a 100% refund if you are not satisfied. Make sure you have the contract signed and notarized by them. Or instead you could find someone you can trust.
Coursera is a ripoff. They use shady business practices to make a buck. You sign up for a free trial and if you don't cancel in time they charge you $50 with no refund. They don't send any notice before charging you the money. You are only notified after it is too later. A significant amount of their income comes form people who don't want or intend to use their service, but Coursera hides behind their TOS to screw these people out of $50. They should focus on the people that want to use their service instead of spending so much effort screwing people that don't.

I am the owner of this company and I have just now found this review on July 18,2018, a year later. I have no idea who this person is and I can only assume she picked the wrong company on which to write this review. As you can see by the other reviews, all of them are 5-star ratings. I'm guessing this review is some sort of scam by either SiteJabber to make me upgrade to a Premium account and pay them money, or this person got the wrong company. Please ignore this very inaccurate review. Thank you.
