I bought a poster from DBZ Saiyan site. It has been 37 days since it has been "shipped" and I still have not received my order. They don't respond to emails! Google Maps shows an apartment building when looking them up. There is no contact phone number. The customer reviews never change or have dates.
Don't Buy!
Never got my shipping notification and its been almost 1 month. I've tried to email them but they didnt replied. Stay away from them. It's not worth the stress
I bought a Piccolo figure and they shipped it in a shipping box that was smaller than the box that the figure was stored in. To be clear: they took they figure out of the box, FOLDED the box the figure comes in, and shipped the whole thing in a tiny shipping box. I made an account just to write this review. Don't buy from these people.
I ordered from them a week ago and have been waiting to be "notified" for my product to be shipped. I got concern about my purchase and decided to send them an email with the email they provide on their website. Turns out their email address is not found or doesn't exist. I wish I would of known sooner this website is a scam. So I'm telling you to stay away from this website.
I have been trying to cancel my order for the past two weeks but the website has given me different emails to different sites. It almost been a month and still no cancellation. The least they can do is ship the product that I have purchased. But still did not get my money back. No contact back either. Do not recommend this website. It is a $#*!ing scam.
