I had trouble navigating the online site and then when I was trying to order it kept changing the amount as it went to go in my card. So I called and I got a very very patient person who walked me through it and did it for me over the phone. This is a purchase for a very small friends of a park group we will likely order from you again when we have more money.

The product is nice and sturdy and I like how the logo has a raised effect to it, which makes it more bold. There was some residue on the mugs, but it wiped off. I am not satisfied with the color, however. I ordered the cobalt blue expecting it to be a true blue color, but it looks more purple in most lights.

This company charged for expedited shipping and showed that an order would be delivered by June 7th. It blatantly misled during the order process. When I called after order wasn't received as stated when ordered, the company stated it would not ship for an additional week. I would avoid this company at all costs. In my opinion, they do this all the time and make excuses why order wasn't shipped. Most probably accept this and the company just refunds their shipping, still making money. Companies like this should be avoided at all cost. Show them that this type of thing will not be tolerated. Based on reading their complaints on BBB, I am not sure how they could be an Accredited Business. The responses are so vague and, in my opinion, somewhat misleading. Especially about the store credits. Based on some of what I read, who would want to do any further business with a company like this. Why didn't they refund the money? To me, it appears they play the odds, mislead people about their orders, if it doesn't meet the expectations, give an excuse or a credit. These are the complaints and reviews that people took the time to write. Since most people just call to complain, there must be many who don't know who to complain to.
