I ordered Valentino boots and sent me wrong size. I returned the item right away and sent so many messages to the customer services however 24 hours reply is bullxxxx. You will hear nothing. How stupid simple works to find the size! Sent me Size 36 instead of the size 38. Someone must need to wear the glasses. Furthermore there is no customer services call number? Unbelievable... I got So upset and already contacted my credit card company. Told them I got cheated and need to get the return whole amount of money back progress. I most probably think there will be no more my size is available also they will only try to refund without handling fee and tax. Stupid company itself made the mistake but I have to run after all those hassles. Gosh I am just good customer, who never returned any items before. Don't disappointing me please yoox... When I pay 230€ for a luxury product I expect to receive a shoe box that is at least decent, not completely destroyed! Slightly damaged would be okay, but the box can only be thrown away in that state…

I'm very surprised to read about bad experiences with their after sales service, since i've returned goods more than once and every time i got an exchange or a refund prompltly, according to what i chose. As for what i'm concerned, i never had the slightest problem with them. And i'm very satisfied with the quality of the goods i ordered and decided to keep. It's not very cheap but it's designer pieces and if you have patience you can find very worthy promotions with codes they provide often and reductions when it's off-season (but still wearable when fashion neutral)
Beware!... Terrible and rude customer service on phone and email ref LEDINA after being sent faulty jacket that was mis-advertised in listing as there was no mention of missing hood... all they have done is been as unhelpful as possible by denying all knowledge... Beware!

I'm very sorry I didn't read those reviews before my shopping... I have ordered Manila Grace coat and I was shocked I've got a second hand piece. I wrote many times on customer service help address but nobody answer. I'm afraid to send it back, because I wouldn't get any return of money back I suppose.

Was Hesitant on ordering from Yoox, as I have never heard of the company. But I can honestly say was impressed by my order arriving within 23hrs. Well done UPS the delivery firm who brought my parcel.
I even choose to do cash on delivery as didn't choose PayPal or debit card. So what a service I received. You have made me a happy customer & will be ordering again soon. Was amazed by the price I paid aswell. Because much cheaper than our high street stores.

The Express Shipping is a scam. Because Yoox states that it takes " 2-4 business days to ship" But no. That 2-4 business days is more like 8-10 days.
I would rather you stick with the free shipping instead of the "Fast 2-4 day Express Shipping"
And it has been 4 days but it still it says " In preparation"
In one of my Yoox orders, it took 6 days to ship. I ordered it on 8/18 and came on 8/26. Even though i chose express shipping. As a matter of fact, it shipped on 8/24 and arrived 8/26.
Horrible experience. I've been a customer of yoox for many years. All of a sudden, my orders started getting "cancelled" with no explanation whatsoever, and that's after I received an email saying my order was confirmed. This has been going on since 2/2, almost a full month. I've changed credit cards and tried again. I've now had 4 orders confirmed, and then cancelled. The worst part is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot find out what's going on. No one has emailed me back in a month... I call every few days and no one returns my calls. And no one can tell me what's going on. I am beyond frustrated and have never written one of these before but I have no other recourse. It's totally unexceptable to run a business this way!
I wish that I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. This company sounds like it is dishonest in its business practices. I am suppose to receive two Dsquard2 brooches on tomorrow, but I shudder to think what is actually going to be delivered if anything at all. I will definitely post a review as to the out come.
After 10 being a member and customer, I'm done! Horrible customer service care! Very unprofessional on the phone. I simply needed to return pants and exchange for a bigger size and the woman on phone that hardly spoke English told me the item is the last available and you can't exchange or return. I told her that's bull because I saw they had 3 available sizes and there is limited availability. She lied to my ear and said I'm a doing something illegal!?! Wtf I was so upset. I called 7 times and finally another customer service representative helped me to exchange the pair of jeans. I was on the phone with them for an hour, i immediately deleted my account and will never buy anything from Yoox ever ever again!
I returned my item for over 1 month and realized I was missing my refund and decided to call and check on my refund 4 different times. I was finally connected to a supervisor who told be I only returned one item when I sent 2! She said they checked the entire warehouse and cannot locate the item and said there was nothing she can do. The supervisor said my only recourse is to make a claim with my credit card company! I'm totally disappointed with YOOX as I spend thousands of dollars over the years with them!
Customer service is terrible. Return policy sucks. Shipping is too expensive and none refundable, selections are limited and not all sizes, quality of most items are horrible.

I bought a jacket from Yoox and paid $20 for expedited shipping, which the website said meant receiving the item between two to four business days.
It didn't come. Customer Service would do nothing other than redirect the package back to UPS, and then charged me $18 for that transaction. They lie about expedited shipping times and then charge the customer to correct their own lie. When I asked the rep what the words "two to four business days" mean, she said "I don't know." Assinine and inane.
I ordered 3 pairs of italian boots. I have never seen anything worst than this. Cheap cheap cheap materials, very uncomfortable and sizes don't fit... i thing that this shoes are made in some garage in new jersey not in italy... i returned them all and never go back with this overpriced and dishonest site. I did not receive refund for accepted return, after 2 weeks of waiting contacted customer support, two weeks later got the answer that they did not receive my money, but send me the product. My bank says that can not do anything and that it's Yoox responsibility to find where money went.
I tried to return a pair of john Galliano shoes, and I barely wore them, fresh out the box and I sent them pictures. They said they looked worn and I barely wore the show and the lady over the phone had a rude attitude. She said "if they dont fit why did you where them". I rather shop other places that offer better customer service. Please stay away from this site
Horrible cuatomer service! I bought a pair od Lola Cruz sneakers that were badly sized, One shoe is smaller than the other, defective! They do not want to refund my money! Do you believe in Karma? You better do! Your rudeness will hot you back! Making money with defective products is totally unfair! Your questioning methods belong to the poorest I have seen! How do you want me to take a picture of the inside tip of the shoe to prove the bad sizing! How dare you tell me that I am talking non-sense! My parcel didn't arrive and UPS advised me that it had been lost. I contacted Yoox and was promised that an investigation would take five working days to resolve. I received no communication from them whatsoever. After many phone calls was promised a deadline of Friday 26th July. I contacted them and was advised that now I have to wait until August 5th! Absolutely and utterly disappointed with this company and would not recommend them at all. They have the worst customer service ever. Until now I haven't received any email or call from them.
I expect to pay a small charge for a refund, when I discover an online purchase isn't suitable or doesn't fit. Usually there is a postage cost. I was very disappointed to discover that I was out of pocket for AUD $69.96 for returning one pair of shoes plus $42.16 for returning the other! That's a lot of money to pay to receive nothing at the end of the transaction! I don't recommend Yoox for this reason and warn you to be careful about exchange rates and bank charges on top of their $15 return fee. Remember it's USD not AUD! I've just done the sums and I'm horrified. Never again.
It was fine for several years, and they didn't seem to mind me returning a lot of items - which certainly makes sense, considering that the items I kept are worth several thousands of $, probably close to 10 grand.
However, my last 3 orders were cancelled without any explanation. Attempts to get one, either on the phone or via email, did not result in anything - they say they'll get back to you, but never actually do.

You can occasionally get a really good deal there for something that's not available anywhere else, but be ready for complete lack of responsiveness. As for myself, I'm done with them.
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
