I'm so glad i decided to chek for reviews about this website when i was about to place a large order. It's obvious the positive ones are written by people connected to the company, while the negative ones are undoubtedly from sincerely disappointed, angry customers. Anyways, given the amount and the nature of the plaints, i'd never risk buying from them. Better safe than sorry, so i'd rather buy from reputable websites and companies, knowing i'll get exactly what i ordered and having the means for returning and promptly be reimbursed if not fully satisfied, even if it might be more expensive. It's a shame most asian companies don't get the concept of fair and reliable internet selling based on trust that has to be earned, because they might sell to a few but in the long run their reputation will be completely destroyed and people will be more cautious and avoid buying from them.

All our business reviews whether good or bad are from our customers. Good reviews is the biggest encouragement to us, but we also accept bad reviews, bacause they can make us understand our disadvantage, our business will become better based on this.
