Ordered three things. No problems until you try to pay your bill. Every month there's log in problems. They send me the exact password they didn't accept. They won't get security questions correct. HEADACHE. This month there is also a problem trying to submit payment. Everything worked on the page except for submit button.
I've done business with them for 2 years now, started with $500.00 credit line and they've upped it regularly. I happen to pay via auto-pay on my account so its drafted each month. Products are name brand and I can't say I've ever had a complaint. Great great company to do business with.
I have been buying from Sahalie for over 5 years now. The quality of their goods is very high, hence the prices. But they have a lot of sales and if you subscribe to email they do offer lots of discounts. I created an account with them in the beginning and I've never had bad customer service or any problem returning things. I see a review here complaining about items in the mail catalog not being available. Unfortunately, in today's electronic age, snail mail will never beat online demand. The only time I haven't been able to get something I want is when I find it on clearance (go figure).
I opened this account because I needed credit to purchase Christmas presents a few years ago. I made the mistake of ordering a lot of things and shipping is NEVER free with this company. The shipping was almost as much as the actual products I bought. I also found everything I ordered for much lower prices at many other places. I got behind on payments a couple of times and the late fees are outrageous. I also had issues with products not being sent when I was charged and went through hell trying to get problems fixed. My mother in law is still trying to get her Christmas present from 2019. She paid shipping to send something I sent her back, reordered what she wanted and it still has not been sent to her. I am closing out my account and will not buy another thing from them.
I ordered 2 items but only received 1. I contacted customer service and they stated they would investigate and I would receive a response back. After 2 weeks and not hearing anything I contacted them again. They gave me the same answer with the same results. No response but still charging me. The third time I called I told them I would not be using their service anymore they did not care. It has now been 6 months they keep raising my credit limit to try and get me to use their service but I am not going to spend my money on a company that does not care to make it right. All they had to do was show that it was delivered. They lost more money by not taking care of the customer then just crediting my account or proof that it was delivered.
Never can use promo codes always not qualfied they are never let you use codes and shipping is a joke I hope they close my account ill start class action against them
I discovered Sahalie last year and bought several items from them all of which I loved and regularly receive compliments on when I wear them. So Gettington bought them. I followed the links, struggled through the Gettington website and the ordering process which all seemed more cumbersome than necessary and finally got my order placed (all Sahalie items).
I purchased five items. When they arrived, I was disappointed in both the fit and the materials, and ended up sending back four of the five. How I managed to buy so many wonderful items from Sahalie before and then end up returning 4/5 of my last order, I don't know. Chance I suppose. Fine.
BUT... the return process was just as cumbersome as the purchasing process and I never received any communication when they received the items back. In the end, I was relieved when, several weeks later, the refund showed up in my account and I knew I wouldn't have to deal with customer service.
I will not shop here again.
First of all i just wanted to say this company has been incredible to me. They approved me when no one else would, and i thought they would be as high priced as fingerhut but they are NOT! I purchased a 42 inch TV from Gettington, and i got it cheaper than Best Buy and 200.00 cheaper than fingerhut. This was my fourth purchase with them, they have good interest rates (14% if you pay off within 4 months or 19% if you pay off over 2 years or less depending on how much you spend) and are very dependable with name brands. Thank you Gettington for not taking a HUGE advantage of people who are just starting out with credit!
Gosh, I am shocked to read some of these reviews. I have been a customer for several years and have bought numerous "name brand" items (Dyson, Canon, Apple) without a single issue. While I agree some prices are a bit higher than what you might find in big box stores, the convenience of ordering online and being able to make flex payments is what made this company attractive to me. They also offer great deals with online coupons and free shipping. Just bought a Dyson hard floor cleaner with free shipping for $227 dollars. Research this product, it retails for almost $300! I find that to be a great find.

I never got it so I've optimized them several times and they refuse to take it off my credit report

I have ordered a HP and it last for five or six years. My mother board finally went out. I have order an other HP one month ago. I was disappointed because they send me the wrong color but I seem to like it. My power button doesn't light up anymore and when I go on a site it blanks out in 10 - 15 minutes. So now I will contact them and see what the response will be. Stay Tune.
Don't believe the 5 star reviews. It's their marketing department trying to make them look better then they are. Anyways if you call this company expect 45 min hold times to speak to someone. If you email them expect 7-10 business day response delays. Overall this company is a big epic fail and you should go else were to the other 1 million online stores.
Got a catalogue. Same deal, free shipping, pre-approved credit. Wanted to buy ONE item. The ebb site itself was non-functional and their customer service was down when I called. Just FINALLY got off the phone... they could not approve a change of my shipping address because they could not "authenticate" me. However, three of the four questions they asked were irrelevant to me... wrong spelling of my wife's name, wrong birthdate... UNBELIEVABLE. I wonder how those of you who like this company actually got to order anything!
For years Ive shopped with gettington but something went wrong along the way. They have below standard merchandise that is VERY overpriced and they have extremely lousy customer service. Please please save yourself the argue and frustration do not shop at their site.
I have been dealing with Gettington for about 3 years now, and I haven't had any issues with them. My orders are always prompt, and in good condition even around the holidays. They always have a great selection of merchandise. Customer service has always been pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend them if you need to pay for things over time.
I was turned down for credit with Gettington with a 600 credit score. I don't know how that person with a score in the 400's got approved. Both my TU and EQ scores took hard hits from their so called "Pre-approved" offer. I have two wait two weeks now to find out via snail mail why I was turned down. I sure won't be recommending this company!
Stop being so picky! In my line of business I have found that most people want things for free. Nag, nag, nag. I viewed this website and catalog to find that many of the items I wanted were lower priced at getting ton compared to my local department store and electronic centers. Getting ton runs sales the same as the locals do. Are they pulling your arm to buy? Think not. I ordered $600 worth of items from them, all items cheaper than the locals, they arrived in 3 days with free shipping. Unlike Sony, and best buy and amazon who sent me an email that "we are sorry, although you have paid for your item and we told you your item was in stock we were mistaken. Your item is on back order, please contact us for other options". Getting ton was my hero for Christmas. Thanks getting on!
I opened the account before Christmas 2018, could not find anything on the site suitable for my kids but decided to keep it open as I can still use to send flowers on special occasions. It's been only 8 months since I opened the account, have not used the account once, and found out today they closed my account weeks ago. No notice, no email, no mail, nothing. I called customer service and was given the run around, no one could tell me why my account was closed. Very disappointed.
I have been charged $16.00 for about 12 months for Lifeline. Never agreed to get because it cannot help me, I don't have a job to loose. Called Lifeline all they said was to bad there is a 60 day refund so they refunded $34.00 but won't give me the other 10 months they took from my account. So I am out over $100.00 plus. WORST COMPANY EVER. I cancelled my account.
Wow I was a little shock to see the bad reviews. I've had nothing but great experiences with Gettington.com, my orders always come really fast and the prices are sometimes lower than other sites. The payments plans are awesome and customer service is great as well. I've been a customer for a little over a year and definitely plan to do business with them in the future.
