Never a problem. Never missed anything. Forgot I ordered something once. With millions of people ordering there are always going to be a certain percentage of disgruntled people

I have not purchased anything from this company yet and I will not after reading so many bad reviews. This company had better pay attention to their reviews and make changes before they end up out of business! I'm so glad I decided to check reviews first!

29% interest rate on their credit card? The average is around 15%. Plan to put yourself deeper in debt, high additional charges, and more bad credit that will take you years to climb out of. When canceling the brochure, do not give your social security number! Never give your social security number to a business (other than health care), unless you want more turbulence in your life with identity theft.
I received a card from gettington with $500 credit line and a bunch of info stating how it is good for medical, dental, shopping, etc. However, there was nothing on the card to process it. When I called I was told it is only for shopping at Gettington. What crap these people hand you. I cut the card in half and threw it out. Never order a card from this company again.
Opened an account, they say $25 off your first order of $100 and free shipping. Not true. No promo code I entered worked at all. Called customer service and they gave me a code for free shipping. Did not work. They told me nothing they could do. They wanted to charge me $44 shipping on a $105 order. Hell No! Closed my account before I ever bought anything.
I guess being laid off and smart enough to keep a zero balance and not run yourself into credit problems isn't good enough for webbank. I wish i could say what i'm thinking, but then this review would never make it to publishing.
I have been with Gettington for almost 8 years! Have always had excellent payment record and never had a problem with customer service. I've had one return and it went perfect! Products were exceptional and not over priced. But I just found out they are raising interest rate to 29% in June 2018. I'm so fired up by this! I told them you can be assured I will be closing my account. This is just UNBELIEVABLE!. I would have given 5 BUT NOW ITS 1

Very very frustrating. They run their business based on their emotions. They really need to learn how to speak English before answering the phone. There's no logic in what they do. If there's any discrepancy with your account, they will say "I don't know". And they will tell you "you have to pay no matter what" and if you disagree, they will turn your account to a collection agency without your knowledge. I'm sick and tired of dealing with a bunch of Filipinos. These losers don't know $#*! about how to run business.
I ordered a TV and many other items over the last 2 years. Everything has always arrived on time and in great shape. I went through a very bad divorce two years ago and Gettington has helped me replace lost items due to the divorce. I have never had an issue, and I would recommend them to everyone.
I received a catalog saying that I have been preapproved for up to $750. It is a scam! They made me apply on line and within 30 seconds turned me down. Meanwhile I make good money own my own house and have credit cards. Oh but they said feel free to buy from them using my own debit or credit card. I should have read these reviews first!
Some girl from here called me in the morning and pretty much screamed as loud as she could the whole time. From how I sounded it was probably quite obvious to her that she woke me up. She continued screaming the conversation and I ended up telling her to cancel my application and not to call me ever again. Seriously stupid $#*!.
I have used Gettington several times and have never had a problem. My items always arrive in a timely manner and are in good working order. I only place orders with them 2 or 3 times a year and pay off each order before placing another. I'm sure I will order from them again in the future.
I went to order a ring and I had a coupon for $25.00 they turned around and tried to hit me with a $20. Charge for shipping and handling for 1 ring. Needless to say I cancelled the order. There is no way it should cost $20. To ship a ring worth less than $100. OMG, I have never run into to this before with them but they are nuts if they think for even a second that I am going to pay $20. For a $53.00 ring.
I have to say I am surprised at the number of bad experiences people have had with Gettington. I have been a regular customer for about 3 years, and I have had nothing but wonderful service. I have bought a variety of things, from small decorative trinkets and gifts, to clothing, to power tools, to large things like Air Conditioners. Everything has always arrived in good condition, and in a timely manner. And there are ALWAYS promo codes that you can find online that give you a nice discount. I have worked my credit limit with them to nearly $6,000 because I am such a regular customer. I can only give them 5 outta 5 stars based on my experience.
Was with this company for a long time. Their payments are so high and I was making substantial payments every month and explained my financial situation to them. Despite me making monthly payments and only 300 dollars left to pay on my account when I logged into my account one day I saw they turned my account over to a collection agency! I am Livid they did this to me! I was making payments and almost paid off! WTH is this companies problem? I see that I am not the only person this is happening to. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want ridiculous payments and when you pay on your account they will still turn you over to a collection agency. STAY AWAY!

Of the three holiday gift items I found in this company's current snail-mailed holiday catalog, two were unavailable until 12/21/09 with no guarantee of delivery by 12/25. The third item was no longer offered in spite of having received the catalog last week. %#@!
Worst customer service in the world. Everyone you speak to is out of country. They can not resolve your issues. Everything you read in the review negatively is true. Serious concerns and the bbb is not credible. Missing items in orders/ orders receive that is damage and package like new. Account does not reflect payment. Is this company a scam and why has not government gotten involve
First of all, I was unable to have an order shipped to an address other than mine. After calling customer service, they sent the request to their verification department, which denied the request. Again I submitted an order to be delivered to myself and was referred to customer service. Upon calling and verifying who I was, they requested that I send them a copy of my D/L, SS card and a bill. You would think that all this would have been covered when they ran my credit. Deal with them if you have a lot of time to waste.
I HAD PAID MY ACCOUNT OFF IN FULL AND STILL SHOWING ON MY CREDIT REPORT THAT I AM LATE ON MY PAYMENT SO GLAD I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM ANYMORE BUT HOPE IT COMES OFF MY CREDIT IN GOOD STANDINGS OR I WILL BE GIVING THEM A CALL
