Their customers service representatives are idiots and incompetent!
Very very frustrating. They run their business based on their emotions. They really need to learn how to speak English before answering the phone. There's no logic in what they do. If there's any discrepancy with your account, they will say "I don't know". And they will tell you "you have to pay no matter what" and if you disagree, they will turn your account to a collection agency without your knowledge. I'm sick and tired of dealing with a bunch of Filipinos. These losers don't know $#*! about how to run business.
