First of all, I was unable to have an order shipped to an address other than mine. After calling customer service, they sent the request to their verification department, which denied the request. Again I submitted an order to be delivered to myself and was referred to customer service. Upon calling and verifying who I was, they requested that I send them a copy of my D/L, SS card and a bill. You would think that all this would have been covered when they ran my credit. Deal with them if you have a lot of time to waste.
