This website is fairly easy to use but the support is non existent, dont run a business from here or you will loose money, webs.com really dont care, I quote"lets hope your problem self heals" also dont get sucked in buying add ons that are free with other sites.
Ive been using webs to host video game cheat codes for years. At first they were ok. But as of last year ive noticed they haven't maintained their site at all. Things on my site disappear or are completely broken now (such as forums links and videos) and i cant do anything to fix it. Heck im surprised i can still sign in. Ive had of issues in the past with webs such as site locking (nothing i did they just screwed me there) and the limited tabs and bandwidth. Its like they simply left the building and left the servers running. Webs is a terrible web host never EVER use them trust me! And webs... Please just close your doors.
I chose webs.com because they had a template that I liked. What I did not know is that the site would constantly be having technical problems. It never ends! As soon as I get one problem solved, another one comes up. I wish that I could go back in time and chose either wix or weebly instead.
The only thing webs.com does is waste your time. Support is non existent, mobile version is unstable. I really can't say anything good about this company. My company is fed up and asked me to moved everything over to Godaddy.
Useless service with robotic, incompetent and useless "customer service" agents who know nothing about what they are doing and do not care about customers' needs. If you ever read anything positive about webs.com, must be a paid review. They are complete trash! Design, service, everything is RUBBISH!
They don't even deserve 1 star really. VistaPrint took over more than 2 yrs ago and was supposed to migrate websites. Nada has happened though I have asked several times. Almost nothing on Webs.Com works any more as they obviously aren't maintaining or enhancing it. I just had to renew. They charged my credit card for the website builder PLUS Domain registration but it's IMPOSSIBLE to renew the DOMAIN as that portion of their site is non-functional. Their support said to contact them 2 days before the Domain expires and they would renew it. So they want me to make this my problem. I do not trust them. I told them to process the Domain renewal now as they have my money and I don't want to wait. What the hell kind of criminality is this anyway? VistaPrint, I hold YOU accountable as you now own this piece of crap called webs.com
My website is always loading I can never see my pictures I post and sadly neither can my customers! I loved the ease of building a website, they had all the tools and layouts I needed and my site with them was beautiful but what good is it if it never loads? I even deleted half my pictures in hopes that would help but no luck. I tried reaching out to support to no avail.
This company is costing us all money to loose us money, so much on the site does not work. Cant add new members, cant email existing ones. Class action lawsuite should be established to make these people supply a decent product.
We used webs.com for our businesses and our church, it was pretty good at first. Over the last 10 years it has gone rapidly downhill. Repeated announced changes to sitebuilder and features resulted in a lot of downtime. Most of the best features are gone now for no good reason and support is unapologetic and not very useful. It is not easy to migrate sites away if webs.com holds your domain, otherwise we would move. Users tried a major petition drive to restore original features but it was ignored. There are lots of good alternatives now that weren't around when we started, pick one of those!
Our website's credit card changed. We forgot to update it. Instead of an email re the issue, they shut off our website. I discovered it when I tried to access it.
No phone number for cus serv or chat. Only email. That has been taking several days between responses. They are closed on the weekends. They claim the site works, but no one outside their company can access it. The homeless in our city depend on our website, about which I told webs. They still have done nothing to resolve the problem.
They took my money and after few days said I was spamming. I lost all my customers and income as no one could send me mails. They stopped my email service. Without that I cannot run my business. Customer support has scripted responses and available for few hours only. This is just a company having a site builder tool which is ancient. Never expected this from their parent company Vistaprint.
I've had a website with Webs.com for many years-before they were Webs.com when they were Freewebs. I never ever had any problems before they switched over. Since becoming Webs.com I've had so many issues.
Right now I don't even have an active website and can't get ahold of anyone to assist me. I renewed my domain name but Web.com won't accept it anymore-after having the same one all of this time.
I tried to get in contact with support via email, chat or phone- and the website will not give you the contact information unless you pay to be a premium member. This is the single most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of.
I've been using webs since the freewebs days and was always happy with it. Recently, I lost the editing ability on my photos (unable to resize) so figured it was because I needed to upgrade. Since upgrading, in order to publish, I need to go through the "i am not a robot" thing. However, when the box comes up, it resizes itself to a thin strip so there is no way to see the content in the box. This happens in Firefox, Chrome, Edge and on my phone.
Basically, I can no longer publish pages and there is absolutely no tech support.
Time to build another website elsewhere!
Had my website with them for 10 years. My own domain I paid them for. They sold out to Vistaprint and left thousands in closing me with out the ability to work on our sites. Con contact info. A bogus email that they so not reply to. NOTHING. I am headed to BBB to file a complaint. I believe this approach is illegl!
Been with them for a number of years - PREMIUM USER - what a joke. I cannot invite new members to my site. I get a generic response "we are working on the problem" - how and why does a company do something like this? A JOKE
Renewed 5 days ago via Paypal. Payment taken and my Webs account recognises the renewal has been made BUT I have a big red notice plastered across my web site that the subscription hasn't been renewed...
You cannot contact them by chat or phone support unless you pay them extra. You can only contact them by email... and then wait for days for an automatic reply ignoring what you told them in the first place. Woeful

Webs.com have really gone down the pan in the past year. Constant website freeze, websites disappear, and no customer help service. Find a UK or European web provider instead.
I have been with them since 2011 they failed to renew my domain registration even though i had paid for it this caused the google landing page to be accessed by a Chinese gambling company who blanket buy expired domain names to access google
Google banned me for terms and conditions violations, you cannot reason with Google you cannot talk and explain anything to them there an out of control monolith who should be reigned in by government agencies to make it a level playing field for the small operator
All Webs did was slyly refund the domain fee several months later, i lost my major advertising source and substantial income
I went down the legal avenue, the bottom line is if your in Australia use local web companies
I've been a user of WEBS since almost from the start. I created my first website with them somewhere in 2002. Never had a problem until the end of 2016.
My website has been suffering outages and completely all my images and photos have been corrupted or disappeared.
Their services just simply acknowledges your queries, and then forget about you.
Try and find another web host, this one does not work! > :(
Once they have your domain, you're screwed. Their support is terrible, they'll just run you around for ages while your web presence suffers. Take my advice and use someone else! Research them before you buy, their fb page is full of complaints about their poor service!
