I've been using webs since the freewebs days and was always happy with it. Recently, I lost the editing ability on my photos (unable to resize) so figured it was because I needed to upgrade. Since upgrading, in order to publish, I need to go through the "i am not a robot" thing. However, when the box comes up, it resizes itself to a thin strip so there is no way to see the content in the box. This happens in Firefox, Chrome, Edge and on my phone.

Basically, I can no longer publish pages and there is absolutely no tech support.

Time to build another website elsewhere!

“I too have the problem with a dialogue box closing down but I thought it was a problem with my device. I have been with Webs for nearly 11 years and their customer service has always been dreadful but now it is missing in action.”
