I have 3 separate websites on webs.com (that I have had for several years now!) and all 3 have been "frozen" with no notice or explanation. I followed the "contact us" instructions and received a form email response saying the matter would be "investigated" but have heard nothing further and the sites are still frozen. How do I contact this company directly and/or get this problem resolved?

Only by sending them the email at abuse@webs.com; support@webscom.zendesk.com - I had to contact them several times with the same problem - website frozen after a number of years being a member and even promote them. Regards - Joseph - Technology For Sick Computers
