I had to wait 6 weeks for my item to arrive. It arrived WAY after my trip so I returned it. Now another 6 weeks have passed and they finally said they will issue me a "credit" to my account but not a refund to my credit card. I am continuing to fight them on this and now they will no longer answer my emails. The other items I have ordered have all been junk from China. Very disappointed. I will NEVER order from them again.
I had order some shoes on April 30th still haven't received no tracking order number which is pissing me off I was very excited now I don't know how to feel because where tf is my $#*! at! If I don't get my $#*! it's gonna be problems don't take people money if y'all mfs ain't legit
More than likely your item will not be available, after waiting months then they WILL not issue your money back only a credit. Once you use the credit same thing happens again, item not available issue a store credit... vicious cycle of never getting your item or money!
It was my first time shopping from Wanelo. I had read that many etsy users also sell on Wanelo, so I thought it was a trustworthy site. WRONG! I ordered a two piece bathing suit on Dec 31 and my credit card got charged right away. They never emailed me a tracking number but I finally got a package today and it was the wrong item! Not even close to the item I ordered! I ordered a swim suit and they mailed me a waist corset! What the heck!? This was obviously a seller from China. I don't trust overseas vendors and Wanelo has lost me as a customer!

We recently introduced a program called the Wanelo Guarantee, which states that if you don't receive the item you ordered, we will cover the full cost of the order plus shipping. This is definitely one of those situations, so all you need to do is email us with photos of the item, put "Sitejabber" in the subject line and we will get this resolved for you as soon as possible!
I bought a couple of items & waited over a month. They never added tracking so i contacted my bank to get my money back(since there is no way to open a case on wanelo). Wanelo emailed me & said that my account was closed until i lied & told the bank i didnt want a refund(or i guess the items too since they were never shipped).
I order a few things from Wanelo i receive item that i didn't order also on my order list they deleted some item after already have taken the money out of my banking account thank god i screen shot my order after each purchase i will never order from here again this is not a good site to do business with or order from i
I made this because I'm not sure if this business is legit otherwise the site looks professional. Has anyone ordered something from this SITE early this year? How was the experience?

I had a recent issue, with not being able to track my package. The website wouldn't work for me. When I reached out to Wanelo, the analyst was FANTASTIC! The analyst made me feel as if I was the most important customer he had. Although he could have easily told me where my package was at that moment and then closed my issue out, he did not do this. Instead, he gave me an update, told me that he was going to keep my case open until he had confirmation from me that I had received it and also offered to track it on any other day I would like.
Service like this is hard to come by these days. This analyst went above and beyond my expectations and I'm forever grateful. I will continue to use Wanelo from now on! I've ordered 3 different things. I get them in a timely manner and I've had zero issues. Best site ever and greatest customer service experience I have had in a very long time!
Wanelo does not give customers a money-back guarantee as stated on their website. I ordered several items that the seller created a fake tracking number and wanelo has failed to get my money back and or merchandise as stated on their website... They are below zero... People beware and stay away from this site. The government and or BBB should investigate...
I ordered one item that never arrived. Had the wring tracking number. I have been contacting them for 7 weeks and Wanelo does not respond. I ordered a second item just two weeks after the first. It is the wrong size and now I cannot get anyone to respond regarding a return. There was no paperwork in the package so I cannot just send it back.
I had previously ordered items and received them on time. The first time I have the smallest issue they do not reply to my requests to locate the item or for the return information. NEVER order for here. Whether or not you get your item seems to be a total gamble.

I ordered a bathing suit from Wanelo and it said it would be here in 2 to 15 days. It ended up getting here in three weeks. On top of that, I was sent the wrong size that I ordered! It was a size small and I ordered a medium. Their refund policy is that you have to pay for return shipping, I have contacted Wanelo about the issue and still have not had my money refunded to me. The other thing is that when they do give me a refund it will probably be in the form of Wanelo credit. If you feel like getting ripped off order from Wanelo.

They didn't have my size. I asked for a refund over a month ago. They tried to tell me they put it on my Wanelo account when I said I wanted it back on my card. I don't want any more garbage from them. I've been waiting since early July just to get my money back

All of bad reviews here are all true. First, they lied that the product will be shipping from US but those are all shipped from China. Second, delivery date is ridiculously long. Some of them are still processing after 20 days I ordered. Third, you can't cancel it or refund. Forth, product is very bad quality and totally different from the pics in the site... on and on. I can write a novel how bad this is! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I've purchased a lot of great clothes thanks to Wanelo, but my experience on the site isn't always great. Many times I click on a link for something I want to buy, and can't figure out how to actually buy it.
This site is a rubber, I'm a victim, I ordered a sneaker and I haven't gotten yet til now, however they took the payment out of my bank already and it's been a month now!. Shame people theft. God is watching.
I ordered a dress through them a month before my vacation because the item said "ships in 5-7 business days" well it has now been almost a month and the order still hasn't shipped. I emailed to cancel my order because theres no way I will have it in time for my trip but they won't cancel it and instead I have to wait for it to arrive (who knows when that will be?) and pay the postage to send it back. You are better off going through amazon or buying through the seller directly.

I m not new on wanelo but this time I been having a hard time with my Oder. Everything I buy on October to December I don't get them and I don't get the customer service on the phone. I buy one shoes on December 05 but it marked as delivered on my status because the seller used the same tracking number twice. I been emailed wanelo almost everyday and it been almost 10days and nobody get back with me. I m really peace of, stressful and with this app. I payed $165 for those shoes but nobody care about my lost. I hope the sellers can be keeping theirs promises with the delivery day and check on customers. Wanelo need a Update on shipping and customer service. A
I ordered a dress for my daughter for homecoming. It said 10 to 14 days for delivery we received it 21 days later, didn't arrive in time for the dance so I had to get her another dress. We returned the dress as directed. It said refund would be in original form of payment. Had to call Customer service after 2 weeks of hearing nothing about the return. When they finally did do a refund it was in Wanelo credit not on the original form of payment. I'm not interested in Wanelo credit especially after having to go through all this.

I ordered a shirt for a special occasion, since it said "5-7" business days I didn't think much of it. Well it's been a month and I stil haven't gotten my shirt and they won't respond to my emails. This site is probably the worst site ever and you should definitely check the reviews first because they have 140 1 star reviews.

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
