You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Yeah, it's the store/brand you ordered from's fault. Especially if it's from overseas, just don't blame Wanelo. They're kind of like Polyvore. They aren't a store, just an app to look at a lot of stores at once.

Sounds like the same experience I had with wanelo, it can sometimes take even 2 weeks for them to process your oder and then another week to receive the package :/ I always get my packages about a month after I order

They shipped it with in days. I received it rather fast, problem is I didn't get the discount.

Did you check to see when they said it would be shipped when you ordered it? Because I've recently just ordered alot of dresses and it'll take 5 -12 business days to get here.
