Never Received Order They Stole My Money

I placed an order on Wanelo in April of 2023 and have never reviewed anything. I have emailed and called. No reply other than customer service saying they are looking into it. I have place a complaint with the Best Business Bureau as well. This site is a joke do not waster your money.

UNACCEPTABLE
November 4, 2023

I bought shoes and a sweater over 5 months ago from Wanelo and they still have not communicated with me as to where the hell my items are. They have poor customer service support. It's the same tired message about the system being down but like dude it's been well over a month now. You should have fixed the issue by now. The holidays are coming up and you're going to miss out on a lot of money due to your lack of effort.

It's been over a year and never received! The customer service never followed up with me at all.they responded initially but then never got with me on a refund I never saw my money or items!hoe shou one star is too much ratings for them!

I have 10 open orders

I have order stuff in Nov 2022 up until april 2023. I have been emailing an emailing. They keep telling me they will return my money and haven't returned anything. They just keep saying they will work on it. They ask if I want a full refund and then. They go cold. Now the website is down. I never had a problem prior to 2021 for some reason 2022 they started lying and not sending order and not responding to emails., they owe me almost $200 my daughter has several open orders from july of 2022 and she said they emailed and said they would refund her money and then never did

Stay Away!

I'd suggest you dnt waste your time with this company. I purchased something since May 30 if not before that. Carrying on; it's August 3,2023. I never received the products I purchased. I asked for a refund but their support don't care. Truthfully I think it's a bot bc it says the exact same or just flat out lie. I went as far as disputing the transaction and my bank denied it. I never received the product ls I paid for!. Support says they'll get in contact with the seller. Who can guess what happens next? They no where to be found and the company still did not refund me after I wrote it out in English. Yet, nothing. Stay away. How the company allow this? How were they able to deny me disputing that transaction when I never even received a tracking number. And now they deleted my account or blocked my ip address. It comes up error when I try to go on my profile.

Living large on people's money

Put a order in July 2023 my order is still processing I sent a number of emails and the answer is always the same I read a lot of reviews from other customers and I can't believe that we as customers are letting them getting away with this. Do your self a favor and never order from this site

Scam alert
October 16, 2023

I ordered close to $500 worth of merchandise back in March and still have not received my items. BEWARE ordering from WANELO. They also say 100% guaranteed money back if items weren't received. The phone number is no longer in service and when I email I get the same response. They've stolen my money basically. I'll be posting this on all platforms to get the word out

Wanelo scam
August 23, 2023

Do not order from wanelo! I made three purchases from them between December 25th and January 1st. I haven't received anything and it says they are processing. After calling and emailing them for months with no answer I contacted my attorney and the next step is that route.

This company steals your money and have no morals to make sure they send you your product nor do they care to acknowledge any wrong doing we're it's been 10 months where I orderd 2 pairs of shoes that cost me 208.96 cents and they refuse ton refund me my money even know they no they never sent me the product promise me my money now they won't even respind back to my emails are calls, stay far away from this company

I've been trying to get a hold of Wanelo they say they got my email and they're on it, but nobody gets back to me. I called customer service. Nobody gets back to you I would not recommend buying anything from them. I believe it is a scam.

TRASH Galore

I ordered 2 handbags in early Feb 2023 and today March 30,2023 still have not rec'd them. I sent 4 emails to their customer service and never rec'd a response I called their 800- phone number and they never answer. I reported the dispute to my bank and they are now addressing it completely $137.00 and never will buy from them again. I purchase last year as well in 2022 and the hand bags were poor quality. Just NT worth the trouble of dealing with them but I want my money back.

This company call Wanelo is a fraudulent, I brought couplea of brand name bags from them since March of this year now we in December the year is about to change to a new year and still haven't got none of my idems from them. I emailed the many times never got an answer from them. I am going tonreport them and go on social media to let everyone in the world no how much of a fraud this company is. My Name is Jean R Germain, I have over 10 items that I ordered, and it's been months I have not heard anything on what happens to my orders. I've sent emails after email and all they kept saying is that they investigate. I really don't know what to do but to get my lawyer involve and see what can come out of this. At this point I just need a reimbursement they can keep those $#*!.

Customer service terrible

I have ordered from this app several times and have received my items in the past. For some strange reason I've ordered things in November of 2022 as well as December of 2022 and my items are still saying processing. I have emailed them several times and tried other stores I really don't know what's going on but I do not recommend anyone to order from here this year. Seems like I'm 2020 and 2021 people were actually shipping your items. Now they are not and they are issuing u a credit ‍

Ordered an item over 50 days ago and tracking indicates that it is "preparing to send" from china. It's been with that status for over a month now. I have emailed upwards of 10 times. No response at all.
