I ordered 2 handbags in early Feb 2023 and today March 30,2023 still have not rec'd them. I sent 4 emails to their customer service and never rec'd a response I called their 800- phone number and they never answer. I reported the dispute to my bank and they are now addressing it completely $137.00 and never will buy from them again. I purchase last year as well in 2022 and the hand bags were poor quality. Just NT worth the trouble of dealing with them but I want my money back.

I ordered an item back in December. 17 emails later, customer service is working on it. I contacted the supplier directly and they are out of stock. I forwarded this message to Wanelo and they are still telling me they are working on getting it shipped. Yup. My out of stock item. They will not refund my money and refuse to help.

If I can give this company zero I would. I have been reaching out for several months regarding two orders I placed the funds were deducted from my account and I have not received the merchandise. The orders just states processing. They won't refund my money I'm not getting any assistance they do not have a customer service number for you to speak to a representative and all of the emails that you send are never reply to I will never ever order from this site again do not trusted!
I have ordered from this app several times and have received my items in the past. For some strange reason I've ordered things in November of 2022 as well as December of 2022 and my items are still saying processing. I have emailed them several times and tried other stores I really don't know what's going on but I do not recommend anyone to order from here this year. This company is used on shopify as an option as a sales channel. Don't use them, because you'll get the tun around about when they will pay you for orders customers made through wanelo, my 1st order for a customer of mine was June 9th, started tracking in transit June 16th, delivered June 18th, they are supposed to start processing my payout when it starts tracking in transit which is 30 days from June 16th, it is now August 5th, and still haven't been paid for any orders, and when I email them I get the run around, like it'll be 3 to 5 days, or oh let me check on it, or they don't know what is wrong, or can we expedite you check, now they are saying hopefully in 5 to 7 more days I'll get it, and a manager is working on it, all kinds of excuses. This is really poor service. They don't ever payout for orders from my experience, because I'm still waiting. Now today they emailed talking about well if the mail a check they will mail it the 3rd week of August, smh, but who knows if that's true. I'm still waiting, it was supposed to be deposited in my bank account weeks and weeks ago.

Its been almost 3 weeks and my order is still "processing", no communication, no status. I sent an email to them over 2 weeks ago, heard nothing. 1 week ago I sent another informing them if I do not hear anything that i was going to file a dispute with Credit Card company for non-delivery, I heard nothing. This place is a JOKE! DO NOT USE THEM, I consider them FRADULENT!
They refused to provide me a refund because the order was over 6 months ago but they never even shipped the item. It still says processing in my order status. I honestly forgot about the item which is why it's been 6 months.

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
