Got my account blocked, now posting from some websites does not work... Seems wanelo became just affiliate of the large online stores... Tried to contact them, never got an answer, posted on their FB - deleted my posts...
They used to be great as of early 2019. Then their customer service went into the toilet. I purchased items in march of 2020. My items were expected on May 5th. I emailed back and forth multiple time just to get a bogus email from "Vie" about how its on the way and a bogus tracking number that never leaves its dispatched location.
I waited till end of June to see if it would come and nothing came so I had to file a complaint with my card company and get my money back.
Afterwards, they sent me a nasty email saying my accounts banned (thank you); for quote on quote "stealing from them" lol and "wanelo always wins dispute charges" (yeah, not when you steal).
Thankfully, I rightfully got my money back in full.
Understand this, wanelo and associated vendors you reap what you sow. Do enjoy!
It has a pretty great selection, and so addictive to go through. But unfortunately items and prices are not updated, so very often i have found that the item i want is no longer being sold yet is still posted on wanelo... quite upsetting. Other than that i have had a pleasant experience, and will continue to use this lovely app
I order 3 things off the website and they came. My 4th item never came nor received a tracking. For the pass 2 months I been trying to get ahold of a rep. Still nothing. I personally won't be purchasing from there anymore.
It really depends on the store on Wanelo that you buy from. If you read the reviews before hand on the product you would know what to look for when you receive your package. Sometimes some people have trouble with shipping and it can take a while to get there but that doesn't mean the app is a scam. I've ordered an abundance of things from there and have never had a problem. Just be patient
I order stuff from Wanelo over 500$ back in August I still haven't received anything and they refuse to give me a refund of any one. I don't recommended anyone ever use this company they are truly scam artist.
It's been over 3 weeks since I ordered (25 days to be exact) The item still hasn't arrived. It took them a week to process my order and ship it. But there have been no updates on the tracking of the shipment.
They're super quick when it comes to charging your credit card though
UPDATE Dec 21st: Apparently they've blocked my emails and decided to ignore me. Stay away from this website.

I ordered luggage covers that took forever to ship ( 6+ weeks) and they did not end up working with my luggage style. The company has flat out refused to take them back. Told me to pay more attention when placing an order. So I am out $100 cad. Their " support team" literally offers ZERO support!
The only thing I received was a LV Bag and it is horrible. Also, I purchased a Cartier bracelet over 90 days go, and they don't return my money back. Thirdly, I am still waiting for a tracking number on other item. Everytime I write to their CS department they respond that they are on the case. Seriously?! I will never order Wanelo EVER!
This website is a sham. I recently ordered a necklace from them and the order has been "processing" for nearly two weeks. They claim it takes 5-10 business days to receive an item, yet my item apparently hasn't even been shipped yet. (They certainly had no problem charging my credit immediately though.) I've since sent them several emails and left a voice message. (That's another thing--they never actually answer their phone. You just have to leave a message.) Everything about this company is shady-shady-shady. I will never order from them again.

Its been 8 months still waiting for my order. Send too many emails no response. Call the!-800 numbers but nobody answers. Is there any attorneys who can help all the customers like me that this site took our money or can take this site down? Dont order on this site, you will lost your money.
This is a follow up to a review I did on 10/24. After many phone calls emails sent, my last email got the $#*! rolling. I filed a complaint with the California Department of Commerce against Wanelo. As of this morning I received an email that my order has shipped. That I had to do such an extreme process to get a response out of them is ridiculous, unprofessional and shows that they really dont care at all about their customers. Well see what condition my package arrives in now. Wanelo, its a pleasure to NEVER do business with you again.
I placed an order on 2/2/16. Stated it would ship in 3 to 5 days (Seller is Root of Style). On 2/17/16 still no shipping notice, so I sent an email. I have not received a response back, but it magically shipped today (2/18/16), which is unfortunate since the shoes were for my daughter's winter formal being held on 2/20/16. Taking 16 days to ship is unacceptable. I will never order from this site again and will be sending the shoes back immediately since my daughter will not get to wear them. Now I get to buy another pair of shoes and pay for the return. Let's hope I actually get my money back.

They don't let you know that your order is out of China. Took my money out of bank, still waiting 18 days later they sent me notice it was processed in China no tracking information except a number that has no information available. Telling everyone who will listen not to use this site.

My daughter ordered from them and somehow an extra 24 things were added to her account and there is no customer service and Im getting the run around because I want to return everything for a full refund and all the emails are answered by a computer. Horrible company

My daughter ordered wrong size shoes. There As no packing slip so we could exchange them. I've sent over 6 emails requesting info to send back to exchange. I've had to take 3 different pictures of the shoes at 3 different times. I am told she has to wait for the seller in CHINA yo get a return address! Wth? I can't get anyone to help me return these shoes now. Would have been nice to know these were from China to begin with!

Another wanelo shopper who wrote a review named Tracy that you recently responded to is in the same dilemma as I. I ordered a prom dress on February 13 and it's still processing and it's March 1. She said a month later they emailed her saying it was out of stock. I ordered my dress on time for my prom in April and I expect it to be here before prom. What if I get a email saying its out of stock like Tracy did. I have sent out numerous emails and have been ignored. I purchased a Michael Kors purse from wanelo going on three weeks and the tracking number still doesn't state that my package has been shipped nor gives an estimate date on arrival. Also, when i went to check out, it charged my credit card twice. Thankfully my bank disputed one of the charges. $68 is to much money to just be handing out to never receive anything. I understand its coming from china, but i have yet to see that it has been shipped or an estimate date of the product arriving.
I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service and lack of communication. This website is an absolute scam. I ordered a shirt weeks ago and even got a confirmation email. My card was charged the amount yet when I go to the website and check my purchases, it says I have purchased nothing. I have emailed multiple times, called for the past 2 weeks and it has either been busy, or a dead end. Do not ever buy from this site.

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
