After almost three months I never received my order. After sending over 25 emails and getting the same repetitive response that they are working with the sellers I still haven't received a refund. Do NOT order from this site!
I ordered two sweatshirts for $75 for Christmas. They were too small so I returned them and paid the $20 in shipping to return them. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a refund on my credit card which was supposed to be an option. I am not only getting $19 in Wanelo credit. You may get your original shipment, but be aware that you may not get a refund or exchange.

Wanelo has the worst customer service. You can't get a hold of anyone. Voice mail or email only, and their response time is 48 hours. I'm sorry, but when you have an issue, you should be able to speak to someone faster than that!
Their payment system is terrible. They store your credit card information, and when you place an order, it does not give you the option to select another card. In order to change a card, you have to email a request.
However, this is not told to you upfront.
I will never order from them again! I should have stuck with Etsy from the beginning!
My order was shipped to wrong invalid address! Requested my money back-emailed wanelo over and over. No response. Did not even get my money for product minus shipping cost. Received nothing. I ordered a pair of shoes as well and ordered a 5.5. The shoes were fake and a size 7.5. Buy at own risk

During February 2023 I ordered 3 items a few days apart and never received them. Wanelo took the money from my credit card and frequent request to track and find my items went unanswered. I still have not received the over $200.00 in merchandise. WANELO STOLE my money. Incident was reported to BBB. NO ONE FROM WANELO CUSTOMER SERVES EVER RESPONDED OR RESOLVED THE SITUATION.
I love using Wanelo to search for cute clothing and other objects I want in my life. However, I don't feel safe ordering off of some of the sites because of today's hackers. I would appreciate something more secure to give me a piece of mind.
I ordered three products back in April, still haven't received any update, I reached out to them several times about my order, called left a message and sent email and still haven't heard from them about my purchase... Do not buy from here unless you want to wait for fake products from China (unbeknownst to me!) that don't ever come! I received one package, which is why I know it is fake - I verified the Kylie Jenner makeup against real ones I have and it is FAKE FAKE FAKE. It was shipped from China with God knows how much lead in it! I still have yet to receive the other orders that I placed on the same day, and it's been a month! I don't want this fake crap anyway and have been trying to cancel but now they leave it up to me to refuse it. Refuse what?! They're not coming! I'm still waiting for 4 more orders... How do I get refunded for things that don't come? SCAM! Stay away!

As a seller on Wanelo. I am currently not happy at all. I have contacted Wanelo's support team 3 times already because for some reason I am having issues with how my products are showing certain things in stock when they are not and I have the Wanelo app installed on my store. I have lost two orders already. Everytime I send an email, I get an automated message saying they are currently only responding to seller payment issues. That just makes me feel like I don't matter one bit as a seller on their site and my issue isn't important. I am going to remove their app from my store. I would rather sell on Bonanza. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! If I could give a -% rating I would.

I have recently made two purchases on this website, both were over a week ago. The money for both items has been taken out of my account; however, I have not received a confirmation email regarding either items nor have they shown up in my purchases. I emailed three days ago, and still have yet to get a response.

Wanelo is the way to go! Great APP for a fast and easy ordering of a lot of cool stuff. I had a great experience so far with Wanelo using Due diligence. Sure it's not a store but a collection of stores. I see a lot of bad comments and reviews here that pay it no justice. People have to do their homework when shopping anywhere online. Wanelo really is a great source to do your shopping on.

In the past I had some troubles getting through to customer service, but after writing my original review, I immediately had someone reach out to me from the company. She gave me answers in a timely matter as well as great follow up. It completely changed my whole perspective and will continue to shop on the site!

I've noticed that there are more bad then good reviews on this site. My question is if I make a purchase by a known retailer like Vans. Is that more trust worthy to attain my purchase in a timely fashion and will it come as the size I order it from?

1) Check out the reviews left by users who have already received the item that you're interested in buying. The reviews provide information like fit, shipment time, size orderd along with any photos uploaded by the user. You can find these by going into the iOS app and looking at the ""Rating"" on the product.

I could not shop, even though I picked out an item, as they wanted me to sign on through my phone, which I don't use my phone, so it's my computer or nothing. Well, I guess it's nothing. I tried several times, and they kept wanting my phone number. Forget about it. I feel sorry for the people selling on it, as they won't get people like this, no matter how much you want the item.
I have emailed and called Wanelo over 20 times. Each time they write back they are checking on status of order. Give them more time, for what? I want my money back. They didn't even offer a credit. This is a scam I want my money back. Very mad. Order number #*******
I ordered a pair of boots on December 7th. It says preparing to ship since then. The tracking number they gave goes NOwhere. USPS says it's not even one of their tracking numbers. I have sent 3 emails to Wanelo customer service with no response. Very disappointing. Money is gone. Won't order again.

I ordered a top from Wanelo. When I receive it, the quality was not what I expected and it was too small. I had to search to find their return policy, but I emailed them and ask them to send me a return label. Their return policy states that shipping is free if I use the return label. Returns are to be postmarked within 7 days of receipt or you will not get a refund! Well, I have yet to receive a return label (its been over 48 hours) and I received an email asking for two photographs demonstrating the issue (the top is too small--really?) and then they will forward the information on to the seller and address the problem. And, by the way, their phone number is invalid. I am going to dispute this charge on my credit card until this is resolved. I would advise all not to order from this site.

Everything I've bought so far has looked fantastic in pictures. I've purchases four things. Mos have taken months to be shipped sometimes and when I get the products they are crap. Don't look like the pictures, aren't made nicely. One occasion I bought something and have just never gotten it. I wish customer service had a telephone number so I could speak with someone about my concerns.
Great and fun website to use if you don't plan on buying anything from the little shops.

If i could give this business 0 stars i hands down would. I ordered two swim suits which came weeks late and were damaged, the wrong size, and looked nothing like the picture. It has been four months since placing the order and I am still trying to get a full refund for both of the suits which I have already sent back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If anything is wrong, even if it is their fault, they insist on only giving you a refund in wanelo credit. Computers answer your emails and they run you around forever and achieve nothing. One person emails me back saying one thing and then someone else will email back saying another and we just end up back in the same place we started. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Their customer service is the poorest I have encountered in my entire life. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Wanelo.

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
