Do not waste your time looking at the cool pictures- its all fake stuff from china that you will have to return. Complete scam- ive tried several times to spend a giftcard i got last year and i return everything i buy there. Over 7 items returned and wanelo allows these scammers to take advantage of their customers you shouldnt give them your business
Wanelo is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I placed an order for a Christmas gift on December first. It has been almost a month now and still not received even a shipping notification. I have tried to contact them several time with no luck. I feel as if I'm am being scammed. I am currently disputing the change with Visa.

I placed an order back in April 2020 and I still haven't received the items that I ordered. Every time I send an email requesting my tracking number or an update I get the same message saying that they will reach out to the seller and get back to me. This site is a rip-off. I strongly advise people not to order anything from this site. U will be scammed and they will only give u the run around.
I would be very very cautious ordering anything off of WANELO. I have been a shopper for more than five years and every time I have ordered my order has came in wrong. My product looks nothing like the picture and the return policy Says they will take care of you but it has taken over 30 days. I've called the 800-number I've left multiple voicemails and go home no answers. I have emailed them multiple times and I keep getting the same email from somebody apologizing but doing absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
This site really seems bogus. I search for item on Google. I click Wanelo. I see my item for a split second and then I am prompted to start scrolling through hundreds of links and sites ot to mention they want me to start following 3 stores to even get started. What up?

Don't buy from here! They are quick to charge your account, send an email they have your order. Then when you don't hear anything you email, nothing in 48 hours, call and nothing. My daughter probably won't get her Christmas gift.

Very addictive searching for items. When I select an item I'm sent to the store and then I have to find the item on the stores site. Takes too much time. Most times the item is no long available. My son ordered a watch from a vender two months ago and he has been in contact with the vender, but they keep putting him off, saying, it's in the mail. There's no one to complain to if your money is not returned and you don't get your merchandise.
I should have known better, but I loved the dress so much i bought it. 15 days to get here, and I receive a dress that is ten sizes too small with no tags. It fits my 13 year old who is a size two, I ordered a large size 12. This is intentional, bag read lrg, no U.S. company would do this. Sure mistakes happen, but garments have tags on them with the size. What i got does not, hmm coincidence? Nope. I like Wanelo to browse, but I wont buy clothes through that site again. If they allow scam shops to sell in their name, what does that make them? SCAM

I ordered 3 items for my granddaughter for Christmas. The jacket was never shipped. After 31 days, I got an email that the store in China was out of stock. After 33 days, the shoes arrived at the China post office. The blouse took 32 days, but I did receive it. After emailing Wanelo, I was told that they would email the stores and get back to me when the store person answered them. So I am left hanging, 3 days before Christmas. Never again. Look for the item they like oh Wanelo and buy it from Amazon!

After having a bad experience with Wanelo they have redeemed themselves by contacting me and fully refunding my purchase and delivery charge. I received a prompt refund back to me account. Beware of third party sellers but I cannot fault the way they eventually dealt with my query and refund.
If I can give this company zero I would. I have been reaching out for several months regarding two orders I placed the funds were deducted from my account and I have not received the merchandise. The orders just states processing. They won't refund my money I'm not getting any assistance they do not have a customer service number for you to speak to a representative and all of the emails that you send are never reply to I will never ever order from this site again do not trusted!
Use it for saving clothes links that you want so you can watch them and have a cool list you can refer to when you want to buy yourself something cool. Don't use it as a purchasing agent. Not trustworthy and theres no accountability to sellers on the site so that parts a scam. But its amazing having your ideal outfits sorted out and stuff. Bought something, a month later I got it and the sleeve was way smaller on the right side it looked stupid, no refund no returns

Ordered a pair of socks on 2/4, and was charged immediately. Was given a tracking number, but the package was never actually sent. Emailed wanelo, who at first forwarded the request to the "store" who was selling the item. They promised a replacement item would be shipped by the end of last week. It's now Wednesday, and no updates at all. After sending multiple emails to wanelo and the store (exquisitestreetwear.com), we haven't received any further replies. I would recommend staying far away from this company!

I ordered something from this website and it never shipped it even though I was charged right away! I have sent 6 email to the company and have never gotten a response. In my orders it still says preparing to ship. I am currently in the process of moving and I have no idea if I will ever even receive my item. Wanelo is addicting. Too often I find myself spending way too much time looking at pretty pictures (and then buying whatever's in the picture) and not enough time working. They've changed the layout and tools several times since they went live, and at times I haven't been a fan, but I think it's pretty cool now. It functions well (most of the time) and it looks gorgeous! I really like how our categories/lists are shown as collections on our front pages.
I like to post items to Wanelo, and I enjoy discovering all of the finds from other internet shoppers and browsers. As a seller of handmade, Wanelo's a great site to show off some of my goodies, as well as the items from my crafty artists friends.
So, I'm siting on the couch and I get this alert on my phone that says "save 35%-50% for the next 15 mins. I had saved a couple things and decided to buy one. Upon check out I noticed NO savings. I immediately email and tell them to cancel my order. They refer me to the seller,
"Amazing Lace". I litterly cancelled the order like 2 mins after being placed so of course I get the "restocking fee" garbage. Bait and Switch, oldest trick in the book. I honestly like the fact that I can get on and order something for my wife while waiting for a commercial to pass. Not now!
