I m not new on wanelo but this time I been having a hard time with my Oder. Everything I buy on October to December I don't get them and I don't get the customer service on the phone. I buy one shoes on December 05 but it marked as delivered on my status because the seller used the same tracking number twice. I been emailed wanelo almost everyday and it been almost 10days and nobody get back with me. I m really peace of, stressful and with this app. I payed $165 for those shoes but nobody care about my lost. I hope the sellers can be keeping theirs promises with the delivery day and check on customers. Wanelo need a Update on shipping and customer service. A
