I received an email saying that my order was being canceled nearly a week after I placed the order online. The email said the item was now out of stock. Very angry because this was for a Christmas present and Christmas is now 12 days away.

I had to wait 6 weeks for my item to arrive. It arrived WAY after my trip so I returned it. Now another 6 weeks have passed and they finally said they will issue me a "credit" to my account but not a refund to my credit card. I am continuing to fight them on this and now they will no longer answer my emails. The other items I have ordered have all been junk from China. Very disappointed. I will NEVER order from them again.

Wanelo has thousands of Sellers who import items from all over the world, including China, and based on the time of your review, the item you have purchased could have been placed at the time of the Chinese New Year, causing the delay.
