Where do I start: The hotel has the appearance of a place where women of the night use it for their business. We booked online before seeing the hotel. Upon arrival, the staff was NOT friendly and inviting. We arrived early and were told we have to come back at 3 pm. No problem. When we returned and checked into the hotel OMG. The room was dated(outdated) and the suite was horrible. Rusty lamps and broken safe, the ceiling looked like it had mole, Carpet ants, and overall just dirty. We checked out within 30 mins of checking in. They refused to refund the deposit the manager(of African descent) said to take up our concern in small claims court... PLEASE Do not go to this location Ramada by Wyndham Panama City Beach ******* Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL *******-*******644. Vacationer be warned!

My first time ordering with this company was 5/18/22. I ordered through Paypal. I did not receive a tracking number or confirmation number after purchasing. I contacted them on 5/30/22 and was told that my order would ship on 6/1/22 and arrive by 6/3/22. I did not receive my order on 6/3/22. Again I contacted The Transformation Factory and was told my order was delayed due to the company's appearance on Shark Tank. My question is why take customer's money if the DEMAND is GREATER THAN THE SUPPLY! I never received the product. I requested a refund. This is not a good company because NO COMMUNICATION went out about the delay. I had to continue to pursue them about tracking and or if I would receive my order! BUYER BEWARE! Not a good company at all..
Tip for consumers:
DO not use the TRANSFORMATION Factory they are not what they represent. They use their appearance on Shark Tank to lure customers and not provide what you purchase. I could have ordered from another company but the Shark Tank appearance made me feel like they were legit. Not a good business at all. They have really great infomercials but that's all. I waited and my product (Mango SEA MOSS)never arrived.. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Their goods are as shown on their website. Shipping is timely and the response time is awesome! I just have issues if I need to add to my order. If they will improve on this they will be a 10-star online company. I have been a customer for years and I highly recommend this company. No scams just 100 legit! They roll out clothes, shoes, and accessories before most online companies or boutiques. I adore Wholesale7. If you own any type of boutique this is your go-to place!

Overall I highly recommend wholesale 7! It has amazing products and has improved on selling items that are out of stock(alerting you that items are out of stock after you purchase them). They are 100 percent legit and their products are AWESOME! I have been a customer for many years..

Wanelo does not give customers a money-back guarantee as stated on their website. I ordered several items that the seller created a fake tracking number and wanelo has failed to get my money back and or merchandise as stated on their website... They are below zero... People beware and stay away from this site. The government and or BBB should investigate...
