Seamoss Transformation

Their products are great. When they actually fulfill their orders. I submitted an order on 9/30 and I haven't gotten any updates. Their company is unreachable. After getting frustrated with the lack of communication and response, I looked them up in Google and all the BBB complaints rose to the top. There are people who submitted orders in April that haven't received them. I wish I saw all that before paying them 105 of my dollars. I thought it was an investment in my health, but it's just been a disappointment 😔

I have been ordering from them for years and I placed an order in September and have not received it. I have been emailing them but have not received a response. This is very frustrating, and I have supported them and sent so many customers to them. It is really sad to just ignore customers no matter what is going on you should always remain Professional.

I placed and order (approximately $189) in July 2024. I have not received my order, nor am I getting any clear explanation as to why it's not being fulfilled. When they were answering the phone, I was told they were behind in orders because of they were relocating and expanding operations. Now, for the past three months, no response to my phone calls or emails. Prior to this happening, I was quite satisfied now...I am very disappointed and I want my refund!

I PLACED AN ORDER ON 5/6/24 AND TODAY IS 7/12/24 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I JUST CALLED AGAIN TODAY 7/12/24 AND WAS TOLD THAT A LABEL SHOULD BE CREATED NEXT WEEK BETWEEN 7/15/24 AND 7/17/24. WE WILL SEE. I WON'T WAIT ANY LONGER THAN THIS AND WILL PUT A DISPUTE WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE I DON'T SEE THEM ISSUING A REFUND QUICKLY. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES AROUND. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I AM SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. I GUESS SOME PEOPLE ARE LUCKY AND THEIR ORDERS BUT I HAVE NOT.

Ordered 11/26/23 it's 1/3/24 still not received and no email of delay. This is a shady company. I cancelled and my refund better come. BBB reviews are about the same. How are they in business that is crazy. I'm going to check BBB before I order through any company again. I will never order from them again.

Over 5 weeks later and no shipment for products that were promised in 2 weeks and they keep updating their website for their "Processing Times" which they now finally disclose of 8 weeks. * weeks to get a product from an US based company locate din Florida! They should not be still taking orders when they can't get the products to the people that have already placed them! When I finally got a response they tried to LIE and state processing times were 8 weeks when I placed the order. Not true because I screenshotted it. Really was a great[product but ruining it with delays and bad customer service.

We have made three orders with this company, each time the delivery time is longer and longer. After the last order took 28 days we were very hesitant, but we're assured that the logistics issue had been resolved. WRONG! Today is 39 days and they have stopped responding time inquiries! At this junker I'm requesting a full refund! This is BAD BUSINESS and I wish there were a way to apprise the sharks that support them of this worsening issue! When this is resolved WE ARE DONE! We will search out another company.

Please do your due diligence and research your products and the authenticity. I purchased dried sea mosss from The Transformation Factory on December 15,2023, and recived pool grown/ farm harvested sea moss. So if you are buying sea moss gel or any other sea moss product from this company, it is also not authentic. Real sea moss does not swell up like a balloon after you soak it. The tenicals are thin and stay thin in diameter. I have attached a picture of seamoss that I purchased from Transformation Factory and what real sea moss is supposed to look like. I asked for a refund, and I was denied. Customer service gave me a hard time. They wouldn't provide a refund because the said the package 🙄 was open and wanted me to pay to ship the remaining order back to them.

My first time ordering with this company was 5/18/22. I ordered through Paypal. I did not receive a tracking number or confirmation number after purchasing. I contacted them on 5/30/22 and was told that my order would ship on 6/1/22 and arrive by 6/3/22. I did not receive my order on 6/3/22. Again I contacted The Transformation Factory and was told my order was delayed due to the company's appearance on Shark Tank. My question is why take customer's money if the DEMAND is GREATER THAN THE SUPPLY! I never received the product. I requested a refund. This is not a good company because NO COMMUNICATION went out about the delay. I had to continue to pursue them about tracking and or if I would receive my order! BUYER BEWARE! Not a good company at all..
