Horrible upsetting experience :( cant seem to get a refund... Sent me a coupon for five dollars off of 30 didnt honor it at check out... ordered an item after a month issued me a refund with no exclamation for why I did not get the item... ordered a second item (stupid on my part) three weeks past the one month delivery date have not answered several emails I have sent and now I cant seem to get a refund I will have to contact my credit card company.
The worst experience of my life dealing with online store, the other bad online stores do not even come close to this one, there is no customer service what so ever, you paid your money, and after automatic email that they received your payment you will receive nothing! No info on your order, no shipping info, no items, no refunds no nothing, you will literally cry after months of waiting on your items or any respond from WANELO. It is over right after transaction on your credit card. The Items and prices looks fantastic on the website. But you will never see them. If you have money to spare, go ahead and good luck to you. I don't believe any positive reviews for this Website, you should read reviews for WANELO on WANELO website, you will immediately understand what I am talking about. I should have done this before I ordered from them. The worst part, you can't do anything about it, hundreds of dollars gone.
I had ordered a few items from Wanelo, NONE of them fit. The size described on the website was not accurate at all. I tried to return the items and never heard back from anyone. I'm extremely unsatisfied and DONT recommend this website to anyone. It's a huge waste of money. I will not order from Wanelo ever again.
I ordered a few shirts from a wanelo only store. My account was immidiately charged, items say they have shipped and I have tracking numbers from a week ago and the tracking numbers are invalid. I've checked numerous times even called ups and postal service. Invalid. I've emailed wanelo ND have yet to hear back. Don't waste your money or your time. Inconsiderate and untrustworthy. They sell products they don't even have from ghost stores; I have ordered four times and they have me go through a fraud system process to see if they sell me the product, three orders were cancel because they do not have the product and the only order that went though haven't even arrived, I ordered three weeks ago. This is crap, they may have many stores but mostly stores we do not even know or exist and you are lucky if you get your order...
I ordered a purse for my daughter on 12/10. I received an email last week that it had been shipped on 12/21. Tracking says it has been sitting in China since 12/22. No purse for my daughter. I will never order from this site again.

I can't even begin to explain my disappointments with Wanelo... I ordered multiple things and every single one of them a waste of money. They didn't look like the photo that it's advertised in, every single one of them not wearable, and took forever to get here. I mean, every idiot would know that in a pair of JEANS, it's not enough to just sew the button hole but CUT the hole for the button to go through. This goes on with the other purchases I've made on this site. After many emails back and forth and them wanting ME to pay for the return shipping over THEIR defective product, they refused to help me. After a month later another rep emailed me apologizing that no one could help me and asked me to send pictures of the defective product. I did and no respond. Cheap products, slow shipping, worthless customer service. Don't waste your money or time.

Not sure why Wanelo is getting such high ratings. Most of what I've read is bad. Have to wonder it the high ratings are coming from ghost writers at the site itself!
After checking the return policy that stated W&E Dress company would take back dresses with tags and unworn, I ordered "evening/cocktail" dresses for my daughter. Let's just say a 90 year old blind man could sew something better. 3 dresses came in a grey bag that was 12x12. I've never seen anything so poorly made. Picture the worst costume you've ever bought times 10. And shame on ITunes for selling the app when they know full well what's really going on.

Ordered item they put order in 2 times, called & was told nothing they can do. That should have been the red flag. I said ok and figure my friend will buy it, I've been waiting one month for items and received tracking numbers that show no activity, meaning no movement of parcels. Keep emailing back and fourth getting no good reasonable answer, I keep telling them I have tracking that show items haven't moved from place of origin. They had the nerve to tell me maybe my post office lost them. They Nerver Shipped! Please save your money. Any place that doesn't allow you to ask questions about items is a red flag and if you look at numerous items and read costumers reviews they are worded all the same. That tells me they are put there as part of the scam to make it look legit. Any thief can sell on there.
Ordered a bum bag picture showed is not what I recieved. I got cheap cheap glued together nothing like the picture at all! Crap to be honest and better quality stuff on dhgate or aliexpress for the price I paid 30.00 first purchase and last... shipping was long also not as stated 13-14 days pffft... just don't do it! If you try to return you have to pay shipping... not worth your time My humble opinion...
I ordered a yoga 'coloring book'. It turned out to be photocopies of photocopies that have been stretched and distorted to fit the page. Several pages had fuzzy markings, or completely discolored pages. The last few images were not even the same subject matter or style. Any company that would sell such garbage must not want to be successful. I want my money back, and an apology.

My Granddaughter chose a very nice backpack from the site. I attempted to purchase the item with my credit card as well as my debit card (after one failed I tried the other) The site would not accept either card... stating issues with the information.
I reviewed all my information on my bank statements/account and verified the authenticity. Never received a reply from Wanelo regarding a resolution for this issue.
I have ordered multiple times from the app. I never had an issue with shipping. If I was not satisfied with an order, I would contact Wanelo. I always got a response. I received an refund with no problem. Please read the reviews and try to order from a reliable seller.

I ordered 2 things for Christmas in early November from a wish list that was posted. I still have not received either of them over a month later. I contacted Wanelo repeatedly, they continue to say they will check on status. I called Styles for Less directly, both by phone and by e-mail, they have continued to say they will check on the order. I have contacted Willow directly as well, same response. I will NEVER use Wanelo again. I wish I would have thought to check the reviews before I ordered anything through Wanelo.

I sell and have almost 700 items on another site. I was scouting around for an additional site; I can tell you that it will NEVER be Wanelo. They won't even let me SHOP without an app--yeah, that's what I would want for my customers--make it difficult and suspicious for them to shop. And I just read lots of reviews from buyers. Is Wanelo in China?

I ordered boots for my niece for Christmas on 12/7/15. My Credit Card was charged on 12/8/15. The site indicated 5-7 business days for delivery. After 7 days I contacted Wanelo and a customer service rep emailed me back and said they couldn't reach the supplier. I still don't have an update and it's nearly Christmas. No gift, no refund, no tracking number, no indication that I will be taken care of. I have reported the incident to BBB and will never EVER look at this site again. I am also posting this on my social media channels so that none of my friends or family have the same experience.

Ive ordered a leather jacket from wanelo app. I ordered it on the 16 of November and still haven't received it it's now 2 days away from Christmas and it supposed to be a Christmas present. Also, I don't have a tracking number or confirmation number. All I have is an order number.
