I ordered a bunch of stuff for my kids on wanelo. They emailed me to verify my credit card info after like 10 other purchases. There was no suspicious activity reported. They just decided to cancel 12 of my orders for over $250 and of course I've seem none of the money back and have no way to get a hold of anybody. It's ridiculous. I'm very upset. Plus they erased all the canceled orders off my account so now I'm not sure what I had ordered so I couldn't reorder it if I wanted.
I placed an order on January 28th, and they processed it out of my account fairly quickly. I got an e-mail confirming my order, said they would e-mail me back my shipping number and that it should take a couple days. It's been two weeks, and there is still no shipping number. I contacted customer service three times through e-mail and none of them were replied. I am very disappointed, I love using Wanelo and this is my first time purchasing from the site. If this is what I have to deal with every order I make, I'll stick to reblogging instead.
Hi Linda! I am sorry this happened! Email confirmations are a system generated message so it’s possible a shipping confirmation email may have gone through to your Spam folder. I’m also thinking that with the Chinese New Year celebrations in the past two weeks, your order may have been affected if the store you purchased from is on holiday. I placed my order on 3/21/23 the seller stated ships within 7 days! I contacted Wanelo and Justin emailed me back totally giving me the runaround. I waited a week sent another email - then another and the last one Justin offered me a 5.00 credit on my next purchase?! OUTRAGEOUS!

I am contacting the State's ATTY General Office & filing a complaint- maybe they can get away with this in China but we take Fraud & Theft seriously here.They have a US business address…If you have been scammed PLEASE go onto your State's Government Website and file the complaint…
When I emailed them and left messages on the voice mail I received no response however after I contacted my credit card company (Capital One) to file a disputed charge on my account I subsequently received a nasty email from them closing my account with them. I hope this helps anyone considering using them and becoming a financial victim as well! Very bad customer service! BEWARE!
I sent these people multiple emails about racist merchandise being sold on their site, and they never responded. Obviously Wanelo doesn't care about offensive people violating their Wanelo guidelines...
I have a small business that Wanelo helped me triple my business on. Since all the changes with Etsy and Wanelo my sales have really dropped. I have 6 children and rely on this income. I would like to see things go back to the way they were.
I use it almost constantly! I make stories all the time and it really is just so fun. Also, I ordered a pair of sunglasses their and the site tracked it for me. It came exactly when it was supposed to. I love using it for multi-store wishlists, and shopping from the wanelo-fulfilled sites (where you can also get free shipping). It's really great!
Do not order from the company. They have not shipped me my order since February and its almost July. They are SCAMMERS. I reported them to the Better Bussiness Bureau. Keep lying everyday someone is working on it.
My daughter bought from this scam site and the phone number is not a working number! Her light came late and in a bag that said "mens shirt". It is broken and missing a cord and it's from China not US! Called the number on the box and some guy picked up and said that some company has been using his number. I'm reporting this site to the BBB! Also I don't rate this site a 1 but can't submit without eating. It deserves a -0

I ordered a long sleeves ivory Ella shirt three weeks ago and it still says preparing to ship. I contacted wanelo twice through email and I have gotten no response. I just want to cancel and get a refund for my money now I feel like I got scammed.

I ordered some makeup and after almost a month it still didn't come. I asked for a refund and got an email saying it was refunded yet my bank account is still empty. It said it may be returned in wanelo credits which is so dumb. I never got wanelo credits either for my refund.

They must not want business. Their website keeps directing you to their app to make a purchase, but it will not let you complete the sale. It keeps telling me that the site owner needs to activate their account. Too bad, guess I will take my money elsewhere to spend. If it is not worth their time making sure their app works, then it's not worthmy time to call them to complete my purchase.

I ordered 3 items from them and they took the money and never filled the order. The number on the website is disconnected and they won't respond to emails. I sent another one today, I have already started the process for fraud.

I ordered a bag and it was somehow " lost" by USPS. I contacted them via email and received a reply within two days. I sent multiple emails and received a reply each time. I have received my order and it was replaced by the seller. Don't know what happened to the first one as the last scan showed it in Houston.
This site is not the worst in the world. When you are ordering from it, be aware that they are not name brands and that you are getting what you pay for. If you go on the site and click on an item, many times other users will post reviews about that product. I would say that about 90% of the time, those reviews are accurate. So my advice is to just make sure that there are reviews and LISTEN to them. They will help you make a good choice on if the product is good quality.

Very slow shipping/delivery after purchase, took 3 weeks to get and unable to contact the vendor directly to ask about shipping. You have to go through WANELO to get answers, and all they do is connect with the seller and then reply trying to reassure you, but the shipping information or details are vague and often not updated, so not very helpful. I ordered 4 bathing suits, took 3 weeks to get, had no idea when I placed the order that this would happen, and as a result, the order didn't arrive in time for my trip. The customer service person from WANELO was friendly and apologetic, but honestly couldn't really provide me the detailed information about the package tracking that I needed. I would not purchase again from this company unless they change their policy and provide up front detailed shipping information.

I find it extremely irritating and frustrating that in order to look at their products to find something I like I have to sign up for the site. That's ridiculous. I have been asked about this site multiple time and every time this is the first issue I mention. Don't force your customers to sign up. If you want more subscribers it might be better to let them order something first and then let them sign up if they are satisfied.

Ive known about wanelo forever, but recently I purchased a skirt for the first time. The skirt is from IDEOLOGY. I placed an order an 1/29/16, and it is still in the processing stage. So I sent an email to wanelo and asked for a refund but of course I cannot get a refund until it ships. Its been half a month, seriously.? (2/19/16) Im going to assume Im never going to get my money back. Too bad I will NEVER order anything off of wanelo again.

I did recieve my item, it was in fine condition. A rep did also offer me a $5 credit for anything off their site. Too bad theres nothing under $5 on this website, its not worth paying extra.

I do know that the store Ideology was observing the Chinese New Year, which caused some orders to be a little delayed. I ordered 3 things from wanelo and then my moms card was shut off from the credit card company because they said that it was unsual activity with wanelo so i bought a visa card to continue shopping. No matter what card i tried to use wanelo rejected all the cards. I called wanelo and no answer left a voice mail and 4 emails it has been almost 4 days and i never got any answers. I am very displeased with this app and the customer service is bad. If they want to treat their customers poorly then i hope this app doesnt get anywhere at all!
I ordered from Wanelo for the first time back in January. It was a bday purse for me. It still says that my item is being processed and it was suppose to be delivered Feb 8-11th which passed. I tried to contact the seller and they never responded. I emailed and called Wanelo and they kept saying that they were trying to contact the seller. Wow I will never order from this company again. I'm so glad that my order was only $39. Me being a business owner myself I would never just ignore someone who purchased from me.

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
