The packaging of my boxes was excellent and arrived undamaged.
Thank you for your professional service.
Best way of forwarding purchases from the USA, easy, very cheap and fast. I would definitely use Viabox again.
Packages arrived safe and delivery took less than a week at very reasonable prices.
Highly recommended!
I registered for viabox & was given a suite number; I bought some sports shirts & socks & had them shipped to that suite; a day or two later, when I logged on, there was no US address in my dashboard anymore. I thought that was weird & re-entered the info; but it gave me a different suite number; despite having logged on with the same user and password, the support told me (after 4 days) that it was my fault for creating a 2nd account! I definitely didn't, but the order was finally marked as arrived in my dashboard, so I clicked on ship now and paid the amount. This was more than double what the estimate was... for 6 shirts & 6 pair of socks it cost $225US to ship to Australia! Ridiculous, but what else could I do. The amount then showed as paid in my paypal account (and in my associated credit card). In my dashboard, the item moved to the Outgoing side as I would have expected, saying 'processing'. When I checked 2-3 hours later, it was no longer on the Outgoing side but back in the 'arrived' area and asking me to Ship Now again and wanting payment again. Once again their support took 3 days to figure out that I had paid and then shipped them. They again blamed me, saying I must have pressed the Back button during payment. What a ridiculous thing to say, as their own site had it showing correctly for several hours after the payment, before reverting to the previous state! The shipping option I chose was DHL 2-4 days delivery. They sent me 2 different tracking emails (for TNT Express instead of DHL), neither of which worked. After 2-3 more days the Viabox site itself had a link on it saying Shipped & if I clicked on it, that worked. The delivery took 11 days, not 2-4. During this whole process I tried to call them on no less than 10 times, at various times of day, trying to actually talk to someone... voicemail every time! This was a terrible and expensive experience. I will definitely choose someone else next time!
I have been purchasing from USA for more than 10 years using MYUS. For some reasons my account was freeze and when i wanted to pay back the amount owing i had to go to the bank and TT the amount. At that time they don't take credit card or Paypal anymore and the only option was to go to the bank. So i am now no longer their customer and found Viabox. I purchased 5 small items from ebay, the largest item box is about 12x10x4 inches and as each items arrives at Viabox i received a photo of the item in the box pack by the ebay seller. As each item arrives i received a photo of the packaging and was promptly notified. Today i received the items in a very study box, they have consolidated all the 5 items, they removed the ebay seller packaging but retained the product original packaging thank God for that, 1 item is a used 2001 car engine part (carburator) but the original bubble wrap was not removed. I saved so much money here as the re-packing into a single box, bringing my shipping cost to about USD180. So pleasantly surprised also the person who consolidated the 5 items did a very good job. It took quite a bit of time from USA to Malaysia total time was 14 days but no complain as i chose the cheapest option using TNT. In addition there were more time taken at Viabox about another 4 days. From my experience chose what you purchase, attractive items like jewellery, watches should not be shipped in this manner. Fragile items will need to be packed by the seller before shipping to any freight forwarder. Look at the photos if item is already damaged, hope that helps, to prevent damage you need to communicate your concern with the seller and freight forwarder like VIABOX. It also depends on the person packing your items on both sides, i have received damaged goods that arrive, but if it was taken care of by the seller then the chances of receiving it undamaged at the final delivery will have less damages. I always ask if the item comes in its original item boxes. Computers, cameras, electronic items etc. Thank you VIABOX for a good job.
Been using Viabox since 2013 since their name was Viaddress and they services become better and better... Keep your Great quality services.
viaddress.com is a very usefully shipping company. Packaging quality is more better than other company.
Google search terms: "VIAddress wsbt"
"Elkhart company under investigation after complaints filed from around the world"
"According to the attorney general's office, they have received complaints from all over the world, including Canada, Russia, Australia, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The Better Business Bureau has 45 complaints on file and in just four months the Elkhart County Sheriff's office has received 180 complaints."
They were previously called viadress, probably changed their name to avoid people finding out about their previous horrendous reputation.
Its also likely for small amount of items, say 1-3, with a small weight, has less chance of being "lost", than bigger quantities and bigger weights. Someone may make it "lost", then process to get refund takes months, so its likely customer becomes tired of this "refund" process, and never gets his "refund" back.

My First experience with Viabox was disappointed, imagen purchase items weighed 2 Ib cost me 57$ and item itself cost me 20$!
Abnormous Rates, don't let to change address from Italy to USA. Very poor service
And EXPENSIVE very EXPENSIVE. If you don't trust me, read all the review on Iternet. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Have used this company many times before.
Excellent service & great shipping rates.
I'm loving the new Improvements. KEEP IT UP GUYS!
Beware of this fraudulent service!
Their shipping calculator does not allow to input the inch measures of your shipment, only the weight in lbs. So you only input the weight and get in most cases a cheap price. What you not know at this point, they will charge you by dimensional weight, which is in most cases much higher then the real weight. So you have to use an external DIM weight calculator to get the DIM weight and then their calculator shows nearly the correct price. But how to know that before as a new customer?
In my case I had a box of 25x13x11 inches and 14 lbs, which is a DIM weight of 26 lbs!
14 lbs costs on their calculator ~82 bucks
26 lbs costs on their calculator ~150 bucks
I just calculated with 14 lbs because I never heard of DIM weight anywhere before. Big mistake. When I did the checkout when my box arrived at their storage, the big shock was there. 26 lbs and 150 bucks! But your stuff is in their storage, so what to do? Of course you pay the higher price.
Box arrived, but it all took way to long. 2 days until I could checkout the box (it was already there, i had tracking) and 4 days until fedex picked it up again. Then 6 days to Germany...
But what did they do? They repacked my box to an much smaller one of 14x13x11 inches, which has only a DIM weight of 15 lbs. So they could have shipped it for 83 bucks instead of 150!
The customer service told me I could have asked for the repackaging service, it's free. But how to know about that? And when it's free, why wasn't it applied automatically? The end of the story is, no refund, no sorry, just you could have known before. NEVER AGAIN!
Fuyez fuyez...
I have used their service several times and it has always been fast and at the right price.
Legitimate service, but slow and very overpriced.
So, I have used Viabox 3 or 4 times over the past couple of years, and the good news is that they are a legitimate US to Canada shipping service. Two or three of the times the service has been acceptable and the only complaint that I would relay is that their shipping markup is quite high.
However, the last time I used them (around Christmas) to ship an HTC Vive from them to my address in Canada, their service and pricing was unacceptable. I paid $230 for the parcel via (which they said was 25 pounds, even though the weight of the Vive is closer to 15 pounds). Normally I would have used their repacking service to lower the cost, but I didn't have the 3-5 business days required, so I took the hit and paid the $230 for the 2-4 business day service through TNT Express. With this service, it should have arrived on December 23, or at the latest the 27th. Currently, it is January 4th, and the package still hasn't arrived.
The worst part is that when I emailed their customer service to compain, they told me that their shipping times are not guaranteed at all, which it doesn't say on their site.
So in the end, I paid $230 (which is a ridiculous amount of shipping) to get something that would normally have cost around $50-60 to have directly shipped to me.
UPDATE:
On their website it says:
"Compare our ***unbeatable*** shipping rates to others.
There are NO HIDDEN FEES at Viabox. You pay only for shipping fees to forward packages to your country."
I believed this at first, but after this incident, I compared their pricing for my package at Shipitto.com, and it turned out that Viabox.com's rate was at least 40% higher.
Got my packages quickly, the shipping cost was cheap, and it was easier that what I expected.
The customer service experience is by far, the WORST I have EVER experienced.
The amount of time it takes for VIABOX to respond to any support request, is absolutely shocking. I also tried to call them on multiple occasions, but they simply do not answer their phone (or even respond on Facebook).
VIABOX is also very poorly priced. It cost me $494.97 AUD to send a few items to Australia, with an actual weight of 12lb, and a billable weight of 44lb, and then was asked to pay another almost $500 AUD to send a single item with an 11lb actual weight and a billable weight of 33lb, to Australia.
In the end, I had to pay another almost $100 AUD to send the item back to the vendor, but was only able to send it WEEKS after the final refund date had passed, as VIABOX took a very, very long time to respond to me. Could only get them to respond once I opened a PayPal dispute.
BEWARE! There seems to be ABSOLUTELY NO special shipping rates or discounts involved when choosing VIABOX.
Save yourself a lot of stress and disappointment, and STAY AWAY FROM VIABOX.
Great service, forwarded packages on time and I received them in good condition and as expected
Everything went smooth. The shipping took 3 days only to arrive from the US.
Highly recommended
Answer: Don't use them. Try myus.com instead. The calculator is fake they will add 3 times or more the charge and call it dimensional weight - that is if they decide to ship to you at all! Don't fall in their trap! At least they was my experience.
Answer: No way to contact them for refund, the answer machine asked me to visit website and their website is down
