I have been using Viabox for last couple of years. Never had any issues. Their customer service is great and their prices are the best.

I ordered 2 tablets for my children for delivery before Christmas. The items were delivered to the VIAbox warehouse on 15th December. I had to chase up with a couple of emails before they acknowledged that they had received these. Viabox then 'sat on the items' till 19th December before they dispatched. Looking at the tracking status, the packages then left Los Angeles on 22nd december and they are currently showing a delivery date to Canada of 28th December! That's 2 weeks after the items were delivered to the VIAbox warehouse in Oregon.
That's completely unacceptable. The expectation they gave on their website for the courier service I chose was 4-5 business days fro the date they received in their warehouse. That should have meant delivery to my home address on 22nd December at the latest, NOT 28th December. To to make matters even worse, these are childrens Christmas presents which will not be received in time and I have been charged 90 US dollars for a shoddy courier service!
I sent Viabox several emails and I found their responses very slow and they did not address the issues that I raised in my emails.
Summary: Do not use them if you need your deliveries quickly. Also be aware that you will pay through the nose for courier charges and yet you will receive a slow service.
Low score due to hidden costs that you do not see untill after you have ordered your products in the states. 85$ JUST to ship 3 teashirts to Norway is WAY to much.
Works fine. Just what I needed to forward an order to Germany from a store that doesn't ship outside the USA.
Viaddress is s scam and nobody should ever think about using them to get his/Her goods shipping. They don't do any Shipment and those Post you see about them Shipping to some people are all fake and i have reported them to the Elkhart Police Dept. Soon they Will be caught and they will pay for all the pain thy have caused people. VIADRESS (SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! They do not answer any phone calls, no answer to emails, their HelpDesk is a complete fake!

Viabox was awesome. The 2nd time I used them they were even more efficient and had forwarded my purchases from the United States within 24 hours.

They are the most unbalanced and stupid shipping company I have ever seen. They charge stupid fees for packages. Their website inflate the shipping and weight price.
The sent me my package without adding two packages of mine during consolidation.
When I question them, they told me to pay for those packages because they forgot.
Can you imagine! They wanted me pay for those packages to reship after they have already charged me...
They still have my 70 inch TV becuase the shipping price is outrageous.
700 usd for a TV I bought for 300usd just to ship to Europe.
