I used Viabox for couple years now, it was really good and i stopped a period of time and i use them again this year. They have changed. It was cheap and effective, but this year i used 3 times, i found they are very expensive now.

I compared it with myus.com, similar weight ends up at similar price (difference was less than $10) but myus is using DHL which takes only 3 days to HK, and viabox uses TNT which takes 10-15 days to HK. They claimed TNT economy will take 4-8 days to HK but it never happened, which makes me very upset. I thought paying more could enjoy faster delivery but obviously not, if i have to pay that much why not using DHL? What did Viabox take my money for?

The price difference between TNT and DHL under Viabox is 5 times difference. I am not sure they do not have good rate at DHL or they intentionally do that so customer forced to choose TNT or what, no matter what i do not like it. I like having choices. If I can stand with 10-15 days shipping time, there are thousands of choices, at half price, Viabox provided nothing really special. I just shipped some cloths using another forwarder, I finally paid 1/4 of viabox's price and delivered in 7 days!

Viabox recently refused to ship my necklaces and ask me to fill in MSDS report which by the way looks more than ridiculous to me right after I compliant they overcharged me... and they said i am not their customer to stop publishing my review on Trustpilot, is it a coincident?

Providing a lousy services and stop customer to comment it? I do not know but this is too much.

AVOID SCAM
January 20, 2021

I had my first package arrive at their facility in mid December 2020. I immediately went on their website and followed the procedures and was quoted and paid an enormous amount of money to have the item shipped to me in Canada. They said the item would be shipped within 2 to 4 business days. I kept checking back and nothing was happening. Their customer service was not helpful or very responsive and when the did respond they were making excuses that made no sense for a logistics company. Unfortunately I had more items on route to that facility that arrived in early January. I then tried to work with them to put all my items in one shipment. They actually charged me another enormous fee and double charged for the first shipment again. After more tome of conistantly contacting them, these shipments did not leave the warehouse either. They had promised a credit for the double charge and that too never happened. Feeling completely helpless, believing that I've been scammed out of thousands of dollars in shipping fees and that my items were likely stolen, I disputed the charges with my credit card company. The credit card company has refunded my money for the shipping fees but I still have thousands of dollars of Items sitting in this facility that I do not know how to get. I have contacted the Portland Police Department as well. Waiting on a reply. This is clearly a scam and you need to avoid. There are some reviews online that say they are good and deliver but I believe those are fake reviews. How is it possible that A logistics company, in the business of shipping, cannot get these items redirected in a reasonable timeframe. This is been an absolutely horrific experience and extremely costly for my family.

Do not use this company!

I would give them no stars if I could, they are so bad.

They use recycled boxes that are clearly inadequate for the contents. Fragile items are just crammed into the box with very little, if any, bubble wrapping or similar and my last box from them was so badly packed it bulged out on all sides.

I even had to ask them to put "Fragile" tape on the boxes.

They do not care about your goods or customer satisfaction.

All about maximising profit without a care for their customers property.

Making a claim is impossible, they just keep coming up with more and more conditons for making the claim and delay it as much as possible, probably in the hope that the claimant will just give up.

I have two outstanding claims where they have been "waiting for a response" from the shippers for nearly a year!

They have a Viasafe option where you pay them 2% of the value of the goods and they are supposed to deal with the claim themselves and not just refer you to the shippers. But even though I have asked to claim under the Viasafe option they have never responded to my request. Just a money making scam.

And after yet another shipment parcel with damaged goods I have had enough of them.

Any savings I might have made on shipping costs have been more than wiped out by the losses I have incurred due to their incompetence.

Totally fed up with this company now. I understand that some companies make mistakes, have delays etc but this company has now stretched that too far. I have had goods sitting with them since the 9th November! Today is the 1st December! I have customers waiting for these goods and they're most likely going to cancel and i'll be out of pocket big time, let alone a load of angry and lost customers.

Their website is terrible, not just that it doesn't always work and has such limited functionality (everything has to be done via email!) but there is such a lack of information that once you've sent them goods you end up having to email 20 questions to find out what you have to do next. Even when they ship it doesn't even show up as shipped until more than a week later. The company works so strange, nothing works 100%, not even tracking details, you have to wait a week or more for the tracking details to work, it makes it impossible to know when you'll actually receive your goods. You feel scammed because you pay for the option for example, Express delivery of 2-3 business days so you assume you'll get your goods within this time but that's from the time viabox actually bothers to give your order to the courier which can take weeks.

I've been using various shippers and have sent around shipments to viabox once a week at least and look how they treat me. Also. Look at the 5 star reviews here and on trust pilot, first you have a load of 1 star reviews which bring the average down and then all of a sudden a load of 5 star reviews pop up and bring the average back up again. Be warned.

Viaddress.com is a scam. My order was delivered to them they did not added to my account that was a cell phone HTC one X and the address they have given me to place order is a fake address i have seen that on google maps that is an empty plot. BEWARE VIADDRESS.COM is SCAM if you don't trust me contant me *******@yahoo.com i will show u emails and delivery proof.

SCAM ALERT!
I've ordered 3 thongs for my girlfriend and 1 pair of boots which have a total value of 77$ and they weight like not over 1 kilogram. They are now asking me to pay 165$ to send it to my forwarding address. I asked them to change it and send it to another forward company instead but they banned me from the livechat and they are requiring me for some stupid 1583 form which requires notary stamp and 2 proof of verification; drivers license or passport.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY SCAMMED MY PRODUCTS AS I AM NEVER GOING TO PAY 165$ FOR MY PRODUCTS THAT HAS A VALUE of 77$ WHICH ARE CALVIN KLEIN THONGS AND TOMMY HILFIGERS.

1. Items NEVER shipped: As of today it has been 11 days since they received my payment and there is no indication that they have shipped my package. The status of my items in their Shipping Manager still shows "ShipNow!" and I receive almost daily emails asking me to pay for my items to be shipped. I PAID ELEVEN DAYS AGO!

2.5 days ago I asked why my items were not shipped yet. I quickly got a reply blaming the delay on something I know not to be true. I then gave proof that their claim was not correct and asked when my package would be shipped. They have never responded again.

3. Misleading payment method: They only accept paypal for payment but their website shows Visa, Mastercard, and American Express logos. You don't find out until its time to pay that they will not accept credit cards.

4. Misleading shipping calculator: Their shipping calculator only calculates the cost of shipping by weight. However, they seem to always use the dimensions of the packages to charge a much higher shipping fee. Customers are unable to enter dimensions into the shipping calculator so they will almost always be mislead into believing that they will be charged a much lower cost than they actually will be charged.

I've used this twice now, both times I ordered from many different vendors and had my package consolidated. First package was 9 pounds, had it shipped to China for 78 USD. Second package was 7 pounds, cost me 84 USD to ship to the same address. I know it's live but I would not call those rates an "unbeatable shipping price" as advertised on their main page.

During my 2nd time using Viabox, among my orders were 2 small bottles of beauty spray that contained witch hazel. I've ordered other products with that ingredient before and have had no problems with it. But Viabox refused to ship it and gave me the option to have them either throw it out or returned to the vendor on my behalf. I asked them to return it for me so I could get a refund. They said if I didn't have a prepaid return label, they could give me quotes for the cost of shipping it back. The cheapest option, to send the two bottles back to a US address (US to US) was 73 USD! That order cost only 12 USD to ship to Viabox. Their rates are high and make ZERO sense. I would not recommend Viabox and I will never use it again. #shafted

I DON'T KNOW IF VIADDRESS IS AS CHEAP AS THEY SAY. SHIPPING IS QUIET FAST. BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM, OR YOU NEED TO CLARIFY SOMETHING, WELL, THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THERE IS NOT A CHAT LINE AS MOST OF COMPANY OFFER. IF YOU NEED ANY INFORMATION YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM A MAIL. PROBABLY THEY WILL ANSWER (A FEW DAY AFTER) PROBABLY NOT. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS.

I registered with Viaddress to buy goods from US and get it delivered to Africa. My only criteria was to use a package forwarding service with competitive rates. In my search most of the website either had a one time membership fee or posed restrictions on consolidaton, repackaging, storage duration. The only company I found where all this was free was Viaddress. I immediately signed up for that service and provided the address to amazon for delivery.

However later when I studied multiple reviews they were mostly negative and talked about late delivery/no delivery/no response at all. I now became worried whether and thought if i have really made a wrong choice.

However I was wrong, Viaddress always replied to my query and delivered my package as informed. They also help save me 30 USD by repackaging my two items into one (Of course only when you specifically request them). My experience with viaaddress was good with just one exception: There website is very slow and takes time to load and respond

TOTAL SCAM SITE!

BEWARE PEOPLE... I purchased Ipad Mini from AT&T site and shipped to my address that viabox has been provided for me. And on march 12th 2016 I paid about 45$ for reshipping it to INDIA but they r putting it on HOLD from that day only till today I tried calling their customer care but no one ever picked up. Along with that whenever I tried contacting them through email support they never replied me with a solution. Now that I'm totally frustated I asked them a refund they said they can't... They ripped me!

When I first request the shipping the option to use aramex was available so I choosed it then I got a message from them saying that aramex doesn't ship liquids and I can ship it using TNT or USPS, so I requested them to use TNT and nothing happened since then. Everyday they are promising to ship the items but no action at all. I really need to find a way to force them to take an action but I feel hopeless with them.

VIABOX IS A SCAM OP

Viabox aka formerly Viaaddress is a bogus "business" once located in Canada (and was sued for 70K there), and which fled to Portland, Oregon to continue ripping off customers. They use another bogus company, Aramex, to "ship" your boxes. THEY NEVER SHIP, PROVIDE NO PROOF, KEEP (I. E., STEAL) YOUR SHIPMENT, AND DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. I am in the process of getting them investigated by Portland, Oregon, police and the Portland news stations. IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM, CONTACT THE PORTLAND POLICE AND NEWS STATIONS.

I purchased three items off eBay, they all got delivered to Viaddress in Nov. Viaddress didn't update my shipping manager until 16th Dec, despite the 20 or so emails I sent to them asking them to do so and listing tracking numbers / delivery details in the emails.
At last, they had acknowledged my items had arrived so I could now pay for the shipping. Paid immediately. I've had no response since and when I log into the shipping manager its asking me to pay again!
I've sent about 50 emails, no response. Used their "new" complaints process, no response to that either.
So not only have they got my goods, they have also scammed me out the shipping money. My only course now seems to be to try and contact the Elkhart police dept who recently investigated these guys and try and lodge another complaint with them.
As to anyone who posts here and says their received their items, I challenge you to list the tracking numbers from purchase to Viaddress and then to you otherwise you are just useless posters who are most probably paid by Viaddress to try and lift their ratings...
