I posted an review on Glassdoor re my previous company, who is an unscrupulous employer refused to compensate employees by law for 13 years, half of the team in our office (13 ppls) gone in 2020, company required existing employees to sign legal document to give up their legal rights. A week later I found out Glassdoor removed my review secretly without any explanation. It is terrible. What Glassdoor did is going to make more victims in future, people deserved to know the truth and have a choice before they step into a trap!

Don't trust Glassdoor they are not reliable do not use them as a reference! They picked side and chose to close their eyes and see no just.


Like it, a lot of style, a lot of choices, with demo video to show how does it look like after try on. Often have promotion so price is good. Not the best quality but better than average fast fashion h&m, uniqlo etc. Will keep buying from them.


I have bought at least 5 times from this shop. Great products, mostly basic style like T shirt, with good quality, mostly cotton, at fair price ($1x). Size fit, Delivery fast, Easy to use. Love it


A forwarder from different country to hk, including UK, France, Japan, USA, its convenience and easy to use. Fair price based on lb, fair lead time (1-2 weeks), easy system, love it!


USA forwarder who can ship products to HK, unbelievable low price with excellent services, 7-10 days to HK.

After i got robbed by viabox, I found this site and they only charged me 1/5 price of viabox and arrived HK earlier than them.

I cant believe my luck at all! Now, I dont have to high shipping cost for shopping in USA, its really great!


I used forward2me couple times now, they are fast respond, quick delivery at fair price.

Their customer services is very helpful and thoughtful, they will provide solutions and suggestions.

They allow you to return back to the sender (provided with return shipping by sender) at a few bucks, very flexible to shoppers like me always changing my mind.

They use plenty forwarders at a very fair price, I always chose DHL, fast, reliable and effective. I tried few others, they are relatively high at price compared with forward2me, one even saying to me it's not possible to use DHL at such a price!

Love it! Highly recommended.


Frankly, stylebop did not have the best price, even during sales season. That's why I seldom buy from them.

Recently I ordered several cloths and jeans from them. I tried and I return some items immediately. A week later I want to return another one but I already used up my return shipping label so I called stylebop to verify. They encourage me to go ahead and inform there will have no extra charges.

I did and I got my full refund with no deduction of second return charges. Usually shopping site only cover one time return fees.

Their services impressed me. I definitely will buy from them again in future.


I waited discount for more than a month to buy a jean from R13. Finally the style I loved so much was on sale so I place the order immediately. They do not ship hk so they transferred me to buy through international checkout.

The order went through and everything was great. Few days later I received the tracking information from international checkout. So I tracked it online. It showed error. I thought I was too early so I waited for 3 days to track again. Still nothing. They used SF express as forwarder so I called the next day. No record I was told. So I live chat to international checkout they reassure me the tracking is correct, it needs more time to update their system. So I waited another 3 more days. Still nothing. I live chat them again and got exactly the same answer.

I was really worry as this was my first order. So I reached out to R13. They replied immediately and promised to find out the problem. The day after I got an email from international checkout with no explanation that somehow they could not find my package they refund it to me.

Yup I got my money back. However I lost my jean and wasted a lot of time.

I will stay away from international checkout. They provided no value or services at all.


I used Viabox for couple years now, it was really good and i stopped a period of time and i use them again this year. They have changed. It was cheap and effective, but this year i used 3 times, i found they are very expensive now.

I compared it with myus.com, similar weight ends up at similar price (difference was less than $10) but myus is using DHL which takes only 3 days to HK, and viabox uses TNT which takes 10-15 days to HK. They claimed TNT economy will take 4-8 days to HK but it never happened, which makes me very upset. I thought paying more could enjoy faster delivery but obviously not, if i have to pay that much why not using DHL? What did Viabox take my money for?

The price difference between TNT and DHL under Viabox is 5 times difference. I am not sure they do not have good rate at DHL or they intentionally do that so customer forced to choose TNT or what, no matter what i do not like it. I like having choices. If I can stand with 10-15 days shipping time, there are thousands of choices, at half price, Viabox provided nothing really special. I just shipped some cloths using another forwarder, I finally paid 1/4 of viabox's price and delivered in 7 days!

Viabox recently refused to ship my necklaces and ask me to fill in MSDS report which by the way looks more than ridiculous to me right after I compliant they overcharged me... and they said i am not their customer to stop publishing my review on Trustpilot, is it a coincident?

Providing a lousy services and stop customer to comment it? I do not know but this is too much.


Forward provide great services!

I bought a coat recently and i changed my mind so i returned it back. One week later I want it back but there is nothing available so I reach out to their customer services, they respond fast and they promised to keep my returned coat and ship it right back to me. I was so relief and grateful, they are very good and make all the process so easy, I want to thank them for their services, I will keep buying from them. They are great!


Barney's online shopping has improved, they choose to use DHL as forwarder now and it's much more easy for me on shipping and return, as I am located in HK. I used to ship on my own fees if i have to return but now, no more! Great news and I want to share with you!


I was a loyal customer with matchesfashion for many years, I really want to recommend them. Their price is good, even not in a sale season, you can freely change your currency without paying extra, their shipping charges is very low, and they have very fast respond, and easy to return. If they have the product available, I always prefer to buy from them, they are great, and you can trust them.


I am here to complaint about mytheresa.com's services, I have bought a pair of shoes order#uk11290867, i returned it on my own forwarder and provide them with full tracking details. It shows being received on 1/30/2017, so i remind mytheresa to notify me when received. After more than 10 days follow up with back and forth emails, mytheresa only tell me they did not received yet. I provided with tracking number, forwarder's web link, return address, etc, the answer is still the same and like robot. They just simply reply my emails with not yet received. They have zero interest on finding out where the returns ever landed. They are rude and not helpful, they even reply me to ask my forwarder to return back to me!

This is my first time ever have this return problems with a shopping website, I bought more than 100 items with all the exchange and return all the times. It never happens with matches or netaporter or farfetch!

The most disgusting part is, they seems no escalation windows... no matter i complained on their customer care or Facebook or twitter, there is only 1 customer services representative repeatedly reply to me!

Follow up on this case, after i complained so many times, they finally said they received my return, but they requested me to pay the custom clearance fees which is 30% (80 GB) of the order amount. So I asked them to show me the documentation, and they told me actually that is operation fees instead of import tax, etc etc.

I am so sick of this company, they keep changing their story from time to time, not receiving... send back to HK... need to pay for custom clearance... operational fees... I am very upset but i finally agreed to pay them to go away.

I will never buy from mytheresa again, I was valued by other shopping web, they provided easier, faster, better services, and they do care.

This is like an nightmare, I bought a pair of shoes, I do not like it and I return it fast and within the returning period, I end up paying the return shipping cost on my own and 30% of the order amount for nothing... this is the worst nightmare ever for a shopping girl.

Make sure you think billion times before you placed order with them.


Amazon UK charged me for 1 year Prime membership $79 on 26th Nov 2015 without notifying, and i never agreed to start or join their membership at all, they ruined my trust with my credit card information and this is an act of stealing. Their services suck, I always have to pay for shipping from different suppliers and Amazon provides nothing, delivery always 2-3 weeks like a nightmare, and now they charged me for their membership?

I am deeply disappointed with Amazon, I am posting this complaint to warn peoples watch out from Amazon. This is absolute unacceptable as a customer.


I brought a lot of cloths from their store when i was travelling in US, the next day I found they have much better price offered online, so i ordered online and returned everything to their store. After that, my order just disappeared and I couldnt able to find anything on my account, so I called and emailed them. They told me they suspected I am a reseller so they cancelled my order. I was very mad because 1/they have no evidence at all for claimed me "reseller", that was my first order ever placed with them online, 2/fine, if you cancelled my order, its a customer services to inform me instead of letting me keep calling and tracking my unexisting order. Well, after they did this to me, I found out they charged me from my credit card! Wow, this is exactly like a thief, you dont sell me products but you took my money! What kind of company is that?


I would like to file a complaint about VS services.

I am truely disappointed with Victoria Secret, I placed this order at 12/28/2013, today is already 2/7/2014, this order never arrived. I paid US 56.99 for shipping cost, but i dont even get a tracking number for my shipment. This is totally unacceptable. I brought a lot of things from US, usually costed me US 30 for shipping by Fedex or DHL, and its tracable. The longest shipment took me around 10 days to arrive HK. For VS services, I paid higher price with no tracking record, took me more than a month, nowadays even ship by Sea a month should have arrived.

I will never order from VS ever again. And the review about VS are right, their services is horrible and disappointed.
