4th or 5th time shopping via Vestiaire and it has always been a smooth process. I only shop for stone island and can authenticate it myself, but it is nice knowing there's an extra layer of authentication. Shipping isn't always super fast but with international shipping I don't expect any different. One time the authenticators contacted me saying the shirt I bought was measured like half a cm off and said I could cancel the order. I obviously kept the order but I wanted to highlight that the Vestiaire team works hard to make their customers happy.

My order didn't arrive at the property(in Portugal) during the expected arrival time. It has been lost or something in the middle so VC customer service team opened the investigation for that. And almost a month later I got the answer that my order has been returned back to VC Hub. So I talked to 2-3 VC customer team staffs about my situation, that I have waited over a month and I am not in Portugal but back in my home in NYC. They said they made a special decision to send my order to NY. But after few days, I got an email that the item has been sent to Portugal again! So I asked about this situation to VC Customer team again, and they say they need time to figure this out. And many days later, they said the principle that they can't modify the country. So I explained all over again about the situation in timeline, and they said they need to discuss this again(again!). I talked to so many different customer service staffs I can't remember how many. And I have to explain them again and again about the situation. And there's no solution for me. It has been 2 months. I just can't believe how terrible the system of VC.

Answer: There are a lot of honest sellers and buyers there (I consider myself one of them) but if anything goes wrong, Vestiaire will do nothing to help, they will spam you with auto replies
