Tophatter acts as a liasion for sellers but if you need help it falls on deaf ears they will send you a chain letter excusing them from liability, like I said my items were delivered to apartment 201 by Canada post because my buzzer code is 201 but my apartment is 407 so even if it says it was delivered it wasn't delivered to me both tophatter and Canada post equally are responsable and I lose about $200... so I would recommend that no one use tophatter you will get ripped off.
Tophatter will not help with lost orders that say delivered but I did not get... I believe Canada post misdelivered items but tophatter won't help with issue and has lost me as a customer.
Tophatter has not replied to my missing items inquery and it has been a month, I have spent a lot of money there and I'm missing about $200 worth of products.
Everything you buy on here comes from China, and is a CHEAP piece of CRAP!... BUYER BEWARE!... I'll NEVER buy anything else from this site...

I really don't need to state much here expect for try Googling Tophatter and read ALL the reviews from people who have experienced their fair share of Tophatter. Then go to www.ripoffreport.com and read those reviews. I was a seller on Tophatter for 7 months yes it starts out nice until they decide if you are worth getting scheduled into their auctions or not. Their fees are high and their customer service his horrible. This is by FAR the WORST site for trying to grow your online business. Do NOT get taken into their scams. I did not catch it at first but when I saw all the FAKE items from aliexpress constantly appearing in every auction day and night I began to check out this company. I have been selling on eBay for about 10 years and my items are true to the description. I don't buy FAKE items and try to pass them off as real. Tophatter does NOT care about the sellers, As long as the money is coming in they do NOTHING. Once I questioned what was going on my ability to sell during the day was KILLED. I was limited to 11pm listing until 7am nothing more. My standards and items are not worthy of being on Tophatter and I emailed over 4,000 buyers and let them know I will be moving my items over to a new live auction site. I have investigated this site and look forward to growing my business. Save yourself the effort and READ the reviews from MANY people FIRST. Everyone cannot be telling a lie!
This company WILL go down because they do not know the meaning of HUMAN customer service. Each and every person that works there is full of CRAP. Never get a straight answer. I will make sure I spread the word around about Tophatter. Do NOT sell on their site. Do NOT buy on their site.

They allow sellers to misrepresent the descriptions over and over. I have alerted them to several sellers' purposeful misrepresentation of items--and they don't seem to care that these sellers, who agree to certain terms and conditions in order to sell on the site, claim gemstones to be what they clearly are not--and metals to be what they clearly are not. I know what. 925 silver looks like--and i have received items that are clearly NOT silver. ANYONE can stamp jewelry metal that is not authentic. A ring i purchased, purported to be "genuine colombian emerald" was offered by another seller who labelled it properly as chrysoprase. Many items are depicted as much larger than they are, though in my opinion, when the actual size is mentioned, it is a caveat emptor situation. But for jewelry items to be PURPOSELY MISREPRESENTED AS "GENUINE" when it is obvious they are not--and allowing sellers to continue this practice when multiple complaints are received makes Tophatter a part of a criminal enterprise. Below is one of several unauthentic orders.
