I purchased many items from this site. Any problems were handled quickly by sellers. You must make sure you know what your bidding on. Some items can be misleading. I stopped visiting after I was very disappointed in atransaction with a seller. We a had a critical illness in our household so I did not address it within the time period so I got screwed. I would say don't buy the loose stones. I purchased 3 at one time from same seller. They came in one package yet I was chared 3x shiping. 18.00 for a small envelope. The envelope had 3 tiny plastic bags in it. 2 srones were fine. Smaller than pictured but fine. The 3rd stone was not in the little bag but the bag had a tiny puncture hole from the inside. I assumed it was a tiny pointed stone from the shape of the whole.
I expexted them to be delivered in one package but not 3 seperate shipping costs. I also expected to receive all 3 items although the one that broke through the plastic was obviously so tiny I am sure I would have been very disappointe.

Everything I purchased from there theres always something wrong with it either I get the complete wrong item not even the item I ordered I get a total opposite item if I do get the correct item somethings wrong with it it is a broke missing instructions Ill broken and missing instructions cheaply made ever like its supposed to be every once in a while Ill get something and itll be OK but 90% of the time everything is a screwup one way or another I really enjoyed top hatter seems like everything that I purchased is very cheaply made jewelry is not what it said to me are you get the jewelry and theres a piece of wire holding the jewelry together I dont see how folks jewelry would send out something like that and they dont even return anybodys money you want me to pay to ship items back that I already paid to have shipped to me so I have to pay for shipping to get it have to pay for shipping to send it back I might as will just keep the garbage thrown away its cheaper Ive really stop buying a lot from you guys used to spend a lot of money with you guys now I dont really like it on there to check to see if an item shipped because once Im completed that all my stuff Im not gonna buy from your company anymore though sorry Ive been going through you guys for three years and its just gotten really bad very discouraging and I liked would be better live better stuff but unfortunately those shut that down

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
