Mother nature is a force to deal with, but feel safe because you have insurance AMI ( American Modern Insurance) coverage on your home. I received hail damage three years in a row and now that American Modern Insurance sent me a Non renewal notice on my policy. Apparently I'm suppose to live with quarter size hail damage to siding, torn window screens and damage to my roof and not to file the claim against AMERICAN MODERN INSURNACE. My deductible was raised from $500.00 to $ 1000. 00 on the second hail damage and now have sent me a Non renewal notice and will no longer allow me to continue to insurance my house through AMI. If you are looking for an insurance carrier for your home... DO NOT CONTACT AMERICAN MODERN INSURANCE and please read the clients reviews on this company before you proceed any further with this company and the insurance AMI provides to their clients. Heaven help you if you have to file claims against this company that is entirely out of your control when Mother Nature damages your home, YOU WILL BE CANCELED!

I AM SO DONE WITH THIS COMPANY'S DECITEFUL BUSINESS. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY CAN CONTINUE TO STEAL CUSTOMERS MONEY AND NIT HAVE MORALES OR ETHICS. I RETURNED A PRODUCT TO VITAL TRENDS AND IT WAS DELIVERED BY THURSDAY NOVEMBER 30 AT 800PM. THEY CLOSED IT BY SAYING THE SELLERS REASON: ITEM WAS NOT RETURNED IN TIME FRAME PROVIDED. YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE THE SELLER RECEIVES YOUR ITEM AND VERIFIES THE FOLLOWING: The item is in the condition in which you received it. The item shipped by Dec. 01,2017. I shipped it on 11/27/2017 and it was delivered on 11/30/2017@ 800 pm. They closed it out and WILL NOT BE REFUNDING MY $35.00 Dollars. I complied with the company's return policy and they get to kept MY MONEY. BE ADVISED DON'T PURCHASE FROM TOPHATTER AND VITAL TRENDS IN ORANGE, CA *******. THEY ARE VERY DECEITFUL WITH THIER BUSINESS PRACTICES. I THINK THAT EVERY CONSUMER WHO HAS BEEN TAKEN FOR A RIDE BY THIS COMPANY... SHOULD FILE WITH THE BBB!
