I will never order from this website ever again. It said it takes 2 days for processing but mine took 4 DAYS. It wasn't even shipped. I planned to wear the shirt for an event but now I cant. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CONTACT AND SEND AUTO MADE MESSAGES. I'm asking for a return and they won't respond. Even thought the clothes are cute it is not worth the headache and stress waiting for your order to come.
This site is full of lovely clothes and new clothes are added very often HOWEVER I ordered a dress for my birthday because I loved the look of it and it took ages to arrive. When I finally did receive it, I was happy with the dress but then I wore it for my night out and within the first half an hour of wearing it the zip broke! I couldn't fix it so was walking around with my back on show and felt stupid and embarrassed, it ruined my whole night as it was my birthday.
I never really write reviews because ive always had pretty good luck with ordering clothes online. I felt the need to write this because of how many bad reviews ive read. I ordered 2 mini dresses from tobi before reading reviews(i know i know) needless to say i was reallyy worried because of how many bad reviews saying the clothing were bad quality or their clothes never showed up or about bad customer service. I cannot comment on the customer service because i didnt have any reason to reach out to them. The dresses came super fast maybe 2 or 3 days after i ordered. I ordered one in xs and one in s and they both fit absolutely perfect! Theyre both exactly as pictured and to my surprise theyre great quality! One of the dresses was a white ribbed material materialso i was worried it would be see through and it isnt see through at all its actually quite thick. I couldnt be happier im seriously in love with both my new dresses :)
I placed an order on 12/12/17 because they were having a sale. I have not received anything as of 01/02/18. I tracked my package with the tracking number they gave me and it is stuck somewhere in Illinois, but that information hasn't been updated since 12/22/17, so who knows where my stuff is. I have emailed 2 times with no response from anyone. This was my first time ordering from them and because of their lack of customer service and their slow shipping, I will not order from here again.
UPDATE (written 01/10/18): I received my package on 01/06/18, which was 25 days from the day I ordered it. I messaged Tobi.com on Facebook and then I also Dm'd them on Instagram. They answered me on both sites 1 day later and let me know that my order would arrive Jan. 6th. Even though they replied to my messages and told me that my order was not lost in the mail, I still think they deserve a 1 star review because Tobi.com never emailed me to let me know that they were backed up due to the holiday season. They also never updated me on when my package would arrive. So, I was left thinking I was scammed and that I would never receive my stuff. What's frustrating to me is that I had to reach out to them. I feel like most online stores that I've ordered from, send another email to their customers if processing or shipping is taking longer than expected. If they would have reached out to me to tell me my package was going to be late, I would have been way less frustrated. Also, everything ran very small, so I will never order from here again.

I ordered my items on May 18th, and they didnt process my order until May 25th. Its been another week, and all theyve done is make a shipping label but they havent actually sent the package out. I needed it for a graduation so I ordered it a month in advance hoping to have a bit of leway time incase, but it doesnt look like Ill be getting my order in on time, or at all.
I do almost ALL of my shopping online (basically everything that isn't fresh foods or refrigerated). One of the many reasons I only shop online is the deals, which I find often at Tobi. Another reason is I like to make a wardrobe in my own style, and I do not like to wear the same clothes as everyone else. A lot of the clothes at Tobi are not my style, but I can find plenty that fit right in. I love the free shipping and free returns. At that point, I am not losing anything if something arrives differently than I expect. Online shopping is a gamble. If you expect everything to fit you perfectly and come exactly as you expect in your head, go to the mall. Plenty of my favorite clothes have come from the site, and I love to check the new arrivals everyday. I understand that people have had problems, and people with negative reviews are typically the ones to write a review, but I have always had great service from Tobi. I do get disappointed when things are One Size or come in only 2 sizes, but it comes how it comes. If you order it, you cannot expect it to be tailored to you. Someone commented that a One Size bra was too small. I think the idea of a one size bra is ridiculous, so don't expect it to fit you perfectly. Bottom line: I love the unique clothes I can get here, the great deals, the free shipping, the free returns, and the ease of ordering and keeping items in my cart to come back to later.
OK, I am obsessed with this site. Super trendy clothes, abundant selections, always a sale, FREE SHIPPING right now (no minimum order). The models make the clothes look better than they probably actually do but, isn't that the point? Anyway, I have placed probably around 7 orders through this site within the last 6 months. I can pretty much always find something to buy. Everything is smelling of roses BUT there are some pretty annoying flaws. 1- If you order an item that says it's in stock, it might not ACTUALLY be in stock. Not only that, but NO ONE will communicate to you that the "such and such item" is not available despite the fact that you did order it, and it will mysteriously disappear from your order. That being said, you won't be charged for it but the fact that it is dropped from the order without acknowledging the costumer is irksome. 2- I have received a damage item before and they require you to send in a photo when you receive said damaged item. Kinda annoying. It's like hey I just received a damaged item and now I have to do work to let you know that you sent me crap?!
Other than that, I love the clothes and will shop again. Just be on the lookout if an item vanishes from your order! Hey TOBI- maybe let us know if an item we thought we bought was out of stock? K thanks!

I don't normally order clothes online, but they had such a good deal! I placed my order on February 3rd, 2015 and received it on February 16th, 2015 (I chose the USPS First Class International shipping method because who really wants to pay an additional $40?). I was still able to track my package even though I didn't choose the USPS Priority International option (I live in Ontario, Canada by the way). When I received my package I was super excited since this was my first online purchase but I was quite disappointed. I'm only satisfied with 2/5 of the items I purchased. One of the items wasn't even what I ordered, and the other 2 items were too large (Cradle Back dress & Laced in Love romper). The quality of the Cradle Back dress is quite terrible, really thin. I haven't returned the items yet, but I know I'll have to pay an expensive fee to ship it back to the US, FML. Not a happy camper right now. Never online shopping again.

I always wanted to order from Tobi, and even had friends who had great experiences with the site. But not me! I ordered my clothing (hoping I could get cute pieces for an upcoming vacation) during their site wide 50% off sale. I thought it was a bit weird that my order was process for a long time, over 3 business days. Today, I got an email saying one of my purchases is no longer available in my size. No big deal, but then when I checked my order, since that dress was removed I was no longer eligible for free shipping and had a shipping charge pending on my order. I decided to cancel my whole order as this was useless to me now. One good thing though is the customer service sent me an email about the issue and responded very quickly when I wanted to cancel. Good thing my credit card wasn't charged, there was only a hold on it so no refund transaction would be needed. TBH their sales are great, but due to the high volume of orders, their inventory does not match with the site which really sucks. Going to just stick ordering locally or at the mall for now.

I bought from Tobi because they were reccomended to me by a friend. I was so excited to receive my order in the mail. It came yesterday and the only reason I am not sending every last item back, is because a couple of the items I bought are final sale and nonreturnable. The "Forever crossed shift dress" feels like paper, the material is so cheap and it's completely see through. The "Devine love skirt" is designed for someone who has no hips or butt whatsoever, even though I used the size guide and chose my size based on that. The "caged in maxi dress" is designed for someone who likes to show their nipples while wearing the dress because the neckline hangs incredibly low. And there is stitching hanging out all over the place on this dress. I would have to get it altered and cleaned up in order for the dress to look less sloppy. I never write reviews, but this just pushed me over the edge. Forever21 and Love Culture are 10 times better than Tobi and they are less expensive. And at least when I order from them, the items I receive will fit properly and won't look like a middle school sewing project...
