Good site

Good site. My order always comes in 2-4 days, the quickest shipping of any online shop, not to mention the shipping is free! The clothes are all decent quality, and there are always sales. I do suggest, however, to only purchase basics, sweaters, cardigans, bralettes, jewelry, etc--things that aren't too fitted. I have tried to purchase fun, tight dresses or wild tops and they are never very flattering to me or my friends. Wonderful costumer service as well, any questions I have are answered quickly and thoroughly. Easy returns/exchanges, too. Overall a good site to shop from.

The delivery was slower than normal, but I believe that was due to covid. I also wasn't in a huge rush to have the items so I wasn't too worried about it. Love my items! Tobi always has really nice clothing with great materials.

I ordered my package on October 6th, the USPS tracking said it would be here on Oct. 15th and it's Oct 18th and my package isn't even in my city according to the tracking number. I didn't even get a notification it shipped until very recently. I also ordered a shirt and they sent me an email a week after I ordered saying they were out of stock and would offer me a refund, never received a refund. I emailed customer service 3 days ago and no one has responded which I think is unprofessional. I will NEVER order from this site again, this is a joke.

I bought a dress from Tobi and I am super pleased with my experience. Honestly I was a little scared considering everyone's terrible reviews but my package got here SUPER FAST. I ordered it on a friday I think and it was shipped to me by that following Wednesday. My dress is fabulous and there's nothing wrong with it. I will definitely shop from tobi again!

Terrible Delivery Experience

I ordered three dresses a week and a half before thanksgiving so they would be delivered in time for me to wear on Thanksgiving Day. The dresses were scheduled to be delivered the Wednesday before, but I did not receive them until yesterday (12/16), almost a month after I ordered them.

I am so disappointed. I emailed them two different times and set them a message on Facebook and they never responded (I sent a message a week for three different weeks).
I had my sister get one of their dresses for her bridesmaid dress for my wedding. We LOVED it so I told my other bridesmaids to go ahead and order the dress. When they went to do it, there were only larges left. All I wanted Tobi to respond was whether or not they'll get more sizes in :( So disappointed and unsure where to go from here for my bridesmaids.

Tobi is not like it used to be

The quality and fit has changed over the years and they no longer give refunds. I know have almost $300 in credit and every time I order I am always unsatisfied and return everything. The process is sooo long and tedious.

I bought a "coat" and a simple white bodycon dress but I was so incredibly disappointed. The quality is absolute crap and so cheap I would reconsider wearing it out. The "coat" was retailed for OVER a hundred dollars, but when I received it, it was literally a piece of fabric with a hook. Even my friend was like wtf expecting it to be 4 times thicker in comparison to the pictures. And the dress had stains on it, cheap cotton and was see-through. Are you kidding me? Don't ever buy from Tobi. They may have pretty models and nice pictures, but their products are definitely not worth your money. It almost felt like I was scammed by their horrible over-priced clothing, that in reality, would not cost more than $25...

I got my clothes before the time I was expecting them, which was good, but pointless considering they were WAYYYYY too small. I ordered smalls in a dress and bodysuit, which is my usual size and the size chart said that's what size I needed. The dress showed my underwear it was so short and if I got a large it would have still showed my underwear. The bodysuit didn't even make it over my shoulder. Both looked cheap.

Bad customer service

First they over charged me $30 shipping fee. Took a while but got it back.
Bought a romper set a size bigger because they don't have my size. I couldn't even wear it because they are too big on me. I returned the items and they accused for returning "damaged item". I tried it on once and NEVER wore it after. All the tags are still on and they won't let me return the items and make me pay $5 to ship it back to me. It's ridiculous! I returned the item the way I was received. And the point is when they showed me pictures of the "damaged" (which is dirty) part I can barely see it. I love the set and would love to keep them if they actually fit me.

I have purchased from Tobi a few times - each time the orders processed quickly and shipping was very fast I always got my package within one week of ordering or a week. This time processing took longer than what it says on the website (already a huge let down) - I ordered from them because I trusted that they would process and ship out the dress within the times they said they would. When I received the tracking number my package had 0 information about it (wasn't even shipped yet) and now as I check the tracking it says that USPS is still awaiting the package. When will I get this dress? Probably in awhile, AFTER the event I bought the dress for. I emailed customer support to ask for a cancellation, no response - take your business elsewhere I will not be counting on Tobi or supporting this company.

Klara Dress

Absolutely awful. I had never ordered from Tobi before and went by their size guide. I ordered this dress in an XS and I'm a size 32C. This dress probably needs a 34DD just to stay up…it is SO large and loose I don't know what on earth to do with it now. Never ordering from them again.

I purchased a dress before looking at the reviews. It was a size small and I'm a dress size 4 so I just went with the measurements. It was so tiny it didn't even get over my head. Then the fabric is see through so I couldn't even wear it anyways if it fit! Worst experience ever. Do NOT buy from Tobi!

They first shipped the wrong order.
The right order came 5 days late and I had to return the order they messed up.
Then the clothing didn't fit, the dress I ordered was sooooooo short not even tunic length and it was advertised as a mid thigh length dress.
I return the order... again.
A month after they received the return... I have not been refunded.
TOBI has the WORST online shopping experience.

This happened to me twice. They cancelled my purchases for no reason. When emailed why they cancelled my purchase, they sent a $#*!ing automated response saying they need further verification. Fyi, i gave them the 6-digit verification code. They cancelled my order anyway. Called the bank to see what they could do. They bank said my payment got through. There was no problem from the bank. It is the $#*!ing tobi that's the problem! I kept emailing them and messaged them on Facebook (i was THAT desperate) but no one replied. No ONE! They couldn't care less the trouble their customers face. Worst customer service ever. Unhelpful! What a waste of time and money

I've ordered from Tobi 3-4 times, and each time have been pretty disappointed with my purchases. The first times I didn't bother to return because the clothes were okay (definitely not the quality that I was hoping for) and I didn't want to go through the trouble of returning. With this last order I will definitely be returning, as the dress is way too short and just fits really awkwardly. The shipping is fast, and it seems like they've revised the return process to be easier. However, I wouldn't recommend going through the trouble of ordering from Tobi... the clothes just aren't worth it. Will be unsubscribing to their emails now so I'm not tempted to buy again!

Contacted Tobi customer service this evening and immediately received a response from Kelsy... She responded back to me multiple times over a 30 minutes span and did a great job of accepting my return which was outside of their normal timelines.

I did not expect them to accept the return or even provide me a free return shipping label, but they did.

Impressed with their responsiveness and customer service.

I don't post comments often but this was impressive and very helpful. Will shop with them again!

I ordered an item on the 11th Feb and it was shipped two days later. Customer service was excellent and I was surprised that I received my package eight days later since I live in Australia! After placing this order I looked at reviews and was surprised that this site had really bad reviews since my experience with tobi was great.

TOBI.com has cute clothes but TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered several dresses from this website using a valid credit card with sufficient funds. However I received an email (which honestly should have been a phone call) that night, asking me to contact my BANK for a 6 digit approval code, and that I had 2 days to reply (one of them was New Year's Day...). Luckily I checked my email on the 2nd day and replied with the approval code, and I also called to make sure my items were shipped, which they assured me they were. Well two days later, on a Saturday, I found out that nothing was shipped and everything I ordered was sold out. And because it was during the weekend no one at TOBI answered the phones or emails. Thanks, TOBI! Now I don't have any of the dresses I ordered for an important event that's a few days away. I would never order from this site again, and I would never recommend this site to anyone because of the awful customer service (or lack thereof, really).

TOBI IS A SCAM!

Do not waste your time with Tobi! I received a dress treat was damaged/preworn. Whatever the case, the sequence on the dress look like CRAP! Tobi will not take the return because the dress was marked "final sale."
I am also waiting on a returned shipping label for a return. I have read awful reviews about not getting your money back on a return so I may just try and alter the dress I was inquiring on returning.
The other items I purchased lack quality. Do not waste your time and money with Tobi!
