After hearing much hype about this popular site I decided to give it a try. I ordered 5 items: 3 dress and 2 shirts. 2/3 dresses were a miss I ordered the Vdara dress in a small, it was so short I couldn't even wear it as a dress as for the other dress the material was so thin you can see everything. The shirts were very low quality both were very sheer however on the site it was shown opaque. Out of the 5 items 1 of my dresses were a hit.

For Canadian customer's please be aware of the customs fee that you will be paying once your package arrives.

My verdict- Other sites have better quality and pricing but if you are looking for something unique this is the place but beware of sizing and the quality. I def hope others have a better experience with Tobi than I have. This will be my first and last time ordering.

FANTASTIC ALL AROUND

I have ordered from Tobi numerous times and have never been disappointed. They have a very unique sense of style that I don't come across just anywhere. They have some items that will seem a bit over priced but they also have lots of good deals. Not to forget 50% OFF YOUR WHOLE FIRST ORDER! This past time they didn't send me a choker I bought but I emailed them right after telling them the problem and they are working on immediately either sending me a new one or giving me a refund. Alexandra was very helpful with that! I love Tobi and always recommend it to people when they ask me where I got my clothes!

I haven't actually purchased from Tobi, but I was looking on their site and saw a romper that I already bought from Sheinside.com (another hit and miss place, but at least the prices are good) for like, $20 or something on SALE for $50, marked down from $75!

Decided to shop here because i saw several youtubers recommending it. Not only did i receive the wrong dress, spent hours trying to contact them, and provided photo evidence for THEIR MISTAKE, but am expected to pay for international shipping in order to receive my refund. Please do not shop here! Am extremely upset and anxious because of this experience.

I placed an order on May 4,2019. I was bait and switched. The order I received looked nothing like the order I placed. It took 3 emails, 1 social media message, and 2 weeks later for someone to respond to me. 8 weeks later and I still have not received my refund or my original item. Their customer service is unbelievably slow and incompetent. I would not recommend Tobi. It is not worth the hassle. I would not order from them again.

Being bait and switched is illegal. I have not received my refund. They are scamming customers and this is FRAUD.

I honestly believe some of the products are a hit or a miss. What I received was a hit, so I like it. I hadn't gotten the chance to wear them yet due to the weather fluctuating but I did try them on. They're phenomenal.

I had a return and couldn't get their return label to print. Tried time and time again. They wouldn't respond to the 3 emails I sent them. VERY FRUSTRATING. Finally they responded and said all emails were going into spam. Was that my fault? And why didn't the return label print. After a lot of waste energy they gave me in store credit. As if I want to shop there again.
Stay away from them. They are very unprofessional. And a lot of their clothes are stiched lop sided.

Shipping to Canada

I was very nervous buying from Tobi because:
1) Duties to Canada can be crazy expensive
2) Hearing the material is so cheap
3) Scared the size wouldn't fit and I'd have to pay for shipping from Canada again

But I did it anyways and I'm happy I did. I didn't get charged any duties which was awesome. Their clothes are amazingly cute and come exactly how picture, but some of the materials are sooo cheap and see-through. The sizing was true to size and my clothes fit good. Also it came from USA to Canada within a week.

All and all even though some of the material is so cheap, I am happy.

I was scared after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I took advantage of the 50% off and the dresses all fit perfectly. The material was also decent quality, and for the price I paid it was worth it. I wouldn't buy cheaper things though, because the cheaper you go the cheaper the material. If you buy higher priced items with the 50% off deal it is worth it. The shipping was fast and the package came with an easy return label. Seems to me that those who are dissatisfied are more likely to review than those that are satisfied so I wanted to share my experience. Would buy again if they have another 50% off opportunity and would stick to the higher priced items that are made with better quality material. Happy to have some unique pieces at discounted price.

Definitely some of the cutest dresses I have ever seen, but their service is absolutely horrendous. I added three items to my bag, two of which were dresses. They were in stock and had my size when I paid for them. A day later, I got an email saying that my order had been shipped and I was so excited! Then I checked my order status and realized that the dress I really wanted was not going to be shipped. I emailed them and asked what had happened and apparently, they could not send me the item I had ordered because they no longer had my size. Why would you let me add the item to my bag as well as pay for it if you were not going to have it? I also asked them if they could just charge the item to my card then ship it when it is back in stock and they told me they were not able to do that for me. THE MISTAKE WAS ON YOUR PART, NOT MINE. You have terrible customer service. Also, I still have not received my other items even though I placed the order nearly a week ago.

I honestly wish I would have took a look at these reviews before placing my order. The photos looked like such cute clothes (but of course, too good to be true) and I decided to place my order in November. Nothing too much, my total came right below 100. I waited for the clothes for weeks, and actually received a package from POLAND before mine from tobi. When I got the package I was so excited to just finally have it I did not even mind the wait so I hurried into the dress and was SWIMMING in it. I looked at the size and it said large. I had ordered a medium, and to be sure even checked my email, and what's even better is it was even on the enclosed invoice. I tried calling, no response. This is ridiculous to wait that long fro clothes and for it to not even be correct. I gave up, it wasn't that much money. But to anyone else who can learn from me DON'T THINK ABOUT IT. Seriously H&M makes this place seem like Saks.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE

Such a waste of money -

I ordered dec. 2nd, on dec. 10th the refunded half my order and said they were out of stock A WEEK after i paid and ordered. Then the package took another week to deliver arrived AFTER my event that i need the dress for, and it was final sale and i couldnt return it.

Over all a garbage site.

Returns take a month
December 27, 2017

Sent back a return on November 28 and my return still has not been processed even though they said they received it December 12th. They said they have 14 business days to process and dont have a phone number to contact them for a reason. You have to submit a manual request and wait days to hear back.

I had ordered a few items from this site and once they had arrived each item was nothing like I expected. Poorly made, items that should have stretch had none and size were all off.
I returned everything and happily I received the refund.
However not worth the shipping/taxes/return shipping.
I would advise to NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Save yourself the hassle of having to return it.

Absolutely awful. Me and my friend ordered about 5 dresses from tobi and they took about 3 weeks to come. When they finally arrived I noticed that they sent me the wrong dress and along with it being the wrong one, the one they sent me was ripped in 2 different places and unwearable. I emailed them explaining that they sent me the wrong one and they said the one I wanted was no longer available and to send the wrong one back for a refund. They also failed to mention that we had to pay $40 for customs separately for shipping to canada

I bought a leather skirt from this company on sale for $30. I wore it one time and the slit on the skirt ripped, causing the slit to be even larger. As the slit wasn't too large, I was going to wear the skirt again. When I put the skirt on a second time, one of the teeth from the zipper fell off the skirt. The skirt was very loose on me, so this was not a too-tight situation. I reached out to the company and they told me that I was unable to get a refund as I had worn the skirt. They must know about the awful quality of their clothing and that is why they have this refund policy.

I ordered a dress that fit me perfectly, but was wayyy too short. It was a maxi dress, I ordered a Medium. The model they showed was 5'7" and had heels on with the dress so I thought I would be good to go. I am 5'6" and when I tried on the dress it was 3 inches from the ground still. The photo they showed was VERY deceiving. However, the shipping was very fast. The material was very thin as well, but would have been fine.

I used to order quite a bit from this site back in 2013/2014,
Since THEN their prices have been TRIPLED! Shopping on their "Canadian' site they were reluctant to inform me there would be extra hidden costs even though the total with the exchange rate was supposed to be accurate. <-ONLY issue I ever had.
I've read alot of reviews of their poor quality, wrong sizes, terrible customer service and lost items. Thankfully I did not have any of those problems when I purchased from there, but I am really disappointed in their success over the years they decide to completely rip people off! A faux leather bathing suit should NOT be two hundred and FIFTY dollars. That's absolutely absurd even for Canadian prices!
-Best advice don't shop here unless you're willing to spend a fortune... smh
