I bought three dresses from here and they came in three days later. When I first ordered them I was scared they wouldn't fit well since I didn't try them on. I tried them on today and I absolutely love them!
Returned $100+ worth of dresses in September and have still yet to receive my refund. The website tracking was saying my package was received and I would be getting my refund within 14 days. 30 days later it says they never received my refund package. When I email customer service they claim they never got it because it was never sent out! Luckily I saved my receipt from usps. Every email I send to them I get back an email immediately saying my ticket was marked resolved!

This is one of the online companies shoppers DREAD. Their customer service was horrible. When I first started looking to buy something their phone number did not work. I placed my order and when it arrived I owed $23.00. Plus the $40.00 shipping cost. The clothes looked nothing like they did on the website, they looked cheap and sloppy. I decided to return the clothes which cost me $25.00 in shipping costs plus $97.00 in brokerage and customs costs (because I shipped from Canada). When the package got to Tobi via UPS. They refused the package because I did not pay the $97.00 (I was unaware of these accumulated costs at the time). Overall, AWFUL COMPANY, AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE. EVER.
So I ordered 5 dresses from tobi and they just came in the mail today and i was extremely disappointed :( i was so excited because the items i ordered seemed so adorable until i opened the box... 2 of the dresses fit perfectly, while the other 3 i wouldnt be able to squeeze on even if i lost 10 pounds... yet they were all mediums? I dont think so. It doesnt make sense to me how other peoples orders have been perfect while some people have the wrong sizing? Also it is very true that the quality on most items isnt great... a button fell off one of the good fitting dresses the second i tried it on for the first time... overall im disappointed because i was really excited to wear these dresses! Now i have to deal with a return... yay
I had no problems at all with TOBI, the package arrived within 1-2 weeks (which I expected). I had to contact customer service to get them to change the size of the dresses I had ordered and that was no problem either.

I did order, using the 50% order, and was rather surprised with the prices and at how cheap it was; also, the free shipping to the UK. I placed my order on the 3rd March and received it today, the 11th, so there was no problems with the shipping time. However, the only downside was I ordered 3 things and when I received the email to say it was dispatched, one of my items was not dispatched with it (I was not charged for this). So when my package arrived, I was surprised to see a bracelet (which I did not order) was included and attached to a note that said sorry for any inconvenience. It would have been nice if Tobi.com had emailed to say that I was not receiving one of the items, but apart from this, I will use Tobi.com again the future.
This website doesn't even DESERVE 1 star. Their customer service suck so much that makes me really mad. Also, I ordered small size dress and they shipped me medium size dress and returning an item is so complicated. By the way, on their website, their clothes 'may' seem good quality but when I got my dress, it looked really cheap the quality of the dress was REALLY REALLY bad. Don't ever shop here.

We immediately contacted Tobi, sent them the tracking number and the mode of return (USPS). We told them we would pay shipping. They sent us an email response weeks later stating that they weren't going to return the dress to us. No explanation. They stole our dress. I'm livid. I am contacting the BBB.
I've ordered from tobi.com twice. The clothing looks fantastic on their models but keep in mind that the clothing which loots great on their "super thin, no boobs or butt caucasian female" models will not fit that way on the average person at all. I am 5ft, and quite thin, my size is always xs, however for tobi i buy a small because their sizes aren't normal. Now, their shipping speed is quite great, I live in Canada and got my order within a week. Furthermore, for my second order it said shipping information wasn't available so I emailed them but never got a response. However, I facebook messaged their page and got a response within 2 hours. However, when my first order arrived the button on it ripped as I went to go try it on for the first time. Needless to say, I was disappointed. The material is average on their clothing, and therefore their clothes are a bit overpriced. You can shop at tobi.com, but be careful!

When I went to return it they deducted 50% off the dress because it was over 30 days. And then guess what? They said they NEVER received the return. After being redirected to another Instagram account, someone eventually responded saying it was being held up at USPS and they could not do anything, not even tell me which USPS I had to contact to get my package. Eventually after submitting and waiting on a redeliver request that went nowhere, I visited 3 USPS's and I got my package. Finally when I open my package, which I received almost a month after Tobi says it was delivered, I see the wrong items in there. Then I am told they cannot send me the item I ordered and I will have to return the wrong item. In communicating with the customer service agent he is not only rude but extremely unhelpful as well.

I saw all of these terrible reviews and was skeptical, but everything was cute and cheap, so I just went for it. First off, I would like to say that I am incredibly impressed with the shipping. IT WAS SO FAST! I live in NJ (they run out of CA) and got everything in 2 business days! Is it the best quality? No. But it isn't the worst, either. To everyone complaining: CHECK WHAT THE ITEMS ARE MADE OUT OF BEFORE YOU ORDER! If you see a shirt is 100% polyester, don't complain that it's cheap when you get it! I shipped a dress to them, with correct labeling, postage, and receipt, but never received my refund. They did not respond to me in a timely manner, and when they did they said they were sorry for the delay and would refund me the money within 3 business days. A month later, still nothing. I reached out to them again, and they said that there was a "stain" on the item so they could not accept it. I NEVER WORE/STAINED THIS ITEM. This is ridiculous. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered about 260 dollars worth of merchandise almost a month ago and I still have not recieved my package. There is no 800 number, no matter how many times you ask for it they will not give you a phone number to call. They said they would send me a replacement package and when I asked when, I got some snarky email back about how they're doing me a favor (yeah tell that to my bank account) and that my package would be shipped on the next business day (it wasn't and still hasn't been shipped) I asked for a refund and they won't refund me and they won't ship my package. So if you want poor customer service and no clothes, then tobi is the place for you. If you actually like getting what you ordered, and if you like to recieved good customer service when something goes wrong, I suggest you look elsewhere. Tobi, as far as I am concerned, is a scam. I wasn't too happy with the delivery. However I understand it is during Covid. I do love Tobi clothing. My favorites are their rompers. They are so cute and flattering and, although they are expensive, you can't go wrong. Their sales are also very good. I was happy with the Christmas sale price.
