This site is a scam. Refund is not clear and they will only refund you back to normal payment if you threaten to post negative reviews on social and threaten to report them. AVOID buying from them... you will be disappointed. The quality sucks; material sucks; stitching sucks, it's worst then the cloths you buy from walmart! I think they buy this $#*! from LA fashion district for really cheap and try to sell it 1000% for profit. If you buy from them or even give them your email they will spam you a few times a day with the crap clothing they sell and $#*!ty content... My 3 year old takes better content pictures then they do!
Do not order from this site! You will never see your clothes. They charge for shipping expedited or priority but you still never get the item on time. I did not understand the point of doing 3-5 days shipping; its was 3 weeks and I still never received my product! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company because they charged me for the outfits.
This website is a scam with the worst customer service imaginable. Their shipping states 3-5 days, it took 17 days for me to receive my items. This was way past the date of the event I needed them for and now I can only receive store credit for these items. The only way to contact them is through email and the reps do not even answer your questions. This is a trash site and the quality of the items are terrible as well. BEWARE. Do not order from them. I ordered from this website weeks ago, and after my delivery was running late it was "returned to sender" last second. I was in communication with Tobi's customer service email since May 27th concerned about my order's delivery status before this, and they claimed there were no issues and sent me tracking information. I thought there was an issue, but the customer service email did nothing to correct this issue until I reached out again days later on June 8th. This site has lead me to nothing but unnecessary stress and I am left scrambling and paying for express shipping from other sites now and hoping I might still be able to get a dress in time for my graduation pictures this week. I would recommend Shein, Zaful, Pretty Little Thing, or Amazon before I would go through the stress that Tobi has given me ordering my graduation dress. I contacted Tobi's customer service emails trying to get help but it was a complete waste of time and they made absolutely no effort to help me get my dresses. It was already difficult enough to shop for a graduation dress during store closures due to COVID-19, but Tobi has just made matters worse and I regret trying to give them my business.
Shipping took about 2 months but i'm assuming mainly because of covid-19 it was slowed, customer service was very kind and helpful though, and i love the dress when it came!

When I received my package the quality was not good and then I was only given store credit. I am severely disappointed and after using my store credit I will never purchase from tobi again.
I did not like my clothes they felt very cheap, most were see-through. It was as if I had bought them off of Wish or Shien.

Businesses that only offer store credit are shady as it is. My husband ordered me items that did not fit and one dress even came faded with discoloration. I contacted customer service and their response time was great, but they were not helpful in the slightest. They would only offer me a store credit refund after saying they are not allowing exchanges.The customer service person didn't leave a name so i didn't know who I was writing to either. It is very shady and scammy and I won't ever shop here again. Because of the lack of customer service I am now returning everything instead of keeping what I liked and I will be selling my store credit.
I have a good experience shopping with them but would like to suggest if they could restock the sold out items from time to time then it would be even more better.

I had a package sent to the wrong address and lost for about two weeks. In that time I experienced amazing costumer service. All my emails were answered in a timely manner, all my questions were answered, and I really felt taken care of! Love tobi and will definitely be ordering more :)
The site doesn't list many of the product brands unless they're really big brands and those products don't feature the typical 50-60% "discount." It also doesn't have customer product reviews which made me curious. I've ordered things and then gotten the product and looked up the brand because I like the products and found the exact same items on multiple other sites cheaper than tobi. And if everything wasn't labeled 50% off or whatever, some of those products at the un"discounted" price would be outrageously more expensive than they are on other sites. Overall, I'd still purchase some things from them because the products are good quality, cute and convenient to find but they are clearly trying to trick their customers into thinking they are more customer friendly than they are.
