First time ever ordering from this site let alone ordering clothes online, My order got to my house within a week of ordering it which is good :) When it got in i was excited, it didn't fail to let me down! I loved it! I would def. Order from this site again.
They literally do not process returns. They do not respond. They do not refund your money. They take your clothes back and you never hear another peep. This should be illegal. Super disappointed as clothes were cute & affordable... but unless you plan on keeping everything you purchase, stay far far away from them.
Why is there stuff always out of stock... Where can I get the items that I want? If your running a business wouldn't you want to restock your items and sale them... Don't get me wrong there clothes are really cute, but everything I want they don't have...
This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I returned 3 items valued at $132 almost 2 years ago, and I never received a refund for it. They even emailed me, saying that they had received my items and would work on processing the refund. However, I checked my bank account and they never credited it to me.
To make matters worse, when I emailed customer service, they were incredibly rude. They accused me of not sending anything back in the return package. They asked me to verify the contents of the return package, as if I could just get the package back and send a picture of it? I even sent them receipts of the confirmation email, of the order number, of the USPS tracking number of the return, and they just accused me of lying. When I followed up with them, they didn't say anything. They just stopped responding and ghosted me. This company is actually awful. Don't ever order from them. They WILL SCAM YOU
It arrived a week after it said it would. Literally just in time to be one day late for the event i needed it for. Doesn't matter because for some reason one dress is too small and another is too big but theyre listed as the same size?
Never again will I order anything from this company. I had to email about an order i placed had I not the order would not have been shipped. I returned two items and after two weeks I had to email them to inquire about my return and provide them the tracking number. The information showed it was delivered and left with an individual in Feb 28 and it is March 11 and my refund still has not been issued. Had I not emailed the company no one would have done anything. Save your tracking number save everything!
I've previously ordered from Tobi and had no problem with it. However, the most recent time I ordered, I opened the package addressed to me only to find someone else's completely different order inside. After a few emails with the TobiCare team I discovered that they would not send me my package until they had received& processed the one that they had mistakenly sent me. About 2 weeks later I FINALLY got the right package in the mail. Low and behold, majority of the stuff ran too short/small so I needed to send over half of it back. By the time Tobi received my return package their "30 days past original shipment date" return policy had expired and they sent my shipment back to me. I was not even allowed to Exchange the items that were still in stock for different sizes. This is over $150 in clothes that don't fit me and I have to keep because Tobi penalized me for their mistake. I will NEVER order from this company again.
I paid for a pair of pants and a necklace, but just received the necklace. They told me the pants were out of stock and that they would pay me back, but when it came the time to pay me back they stopped responding so no i'm not recommending their services.
Processing and shipping takes forever, 1 week more than they say on their website.
Customer service is horrible and unresponsive, emails never get responded to.
And ontop of all of this the quality is the same as forever 21 but they charging twice the price.
I am so so happy with the purchases I just received from tobi. I ordered them on Sunday night and was hoping they would come before I leave for spring break the best saturday and they came that Thursday! I was thrilled to see how early they came and everything fit. I was so nervous that the small was going to be so tiny but I stuck to my gut and everything fits wonderfully. Only bad side is the bottoms to a bathing suit I ordered are so so small but the top fits fine.
I am normally a US size 4 and ordered 3 dresses in a size medium since I heard that their dresses run small. The dresses were party dresses for vegas. When the dresses arrived, I tried them on and they appeared to fit perfectly. Yet when I wore them out, I noticed that the dresses would ride up and I would have to constantly keep pulling the dress down to avoid exposing myself. I am 5'6" and athletic yet these dresses were even short on me. The quality of the dresses were also poor.
Tobi is great honestly, i ordered a lot of stuff, the material is extremely cheap but it was my first order so it was also cheap pricing. I'm short with a 32D and ordered white tanks and a cute black tank too and it's true to size, very short which is good because i'm short. BOTTOM LINE if you're going to order from tobi, don't try to get a dress for a fancy occasion, the material is cheap. Get the cheaply priced stuff and be happy.
I bought the fringe sweater in wine and I love it! It fits perfect and I love the way it looks. I also bought the body suit which I feel runs small. I do like it but wish I had gotten one size up. Over all I'm happy with my purchase and will shop your site soon.
I rarely do this, but because of the negative reviews, I thought I should let you all know my experience was great! I ordered late on a Saturday night. Actually heard the ordered had shipped on Sunday (hard to believe) and received the dress on Wednesday (expected Thursday). Because I believe you don't get something for nothing (total with shipping $34.95) I was shocked that the maxi dress was of good quality and fit to the specifications for a small. Unbelieveable! I can only hope the majority usually have this experience and only a few negatives post.
They have fast delivery but the return service is horrible, I return the same day I received the items in the mail. I tracked the return and they received it within a day I am located in the same area of the where house. But so far its been a total of 13 business days and still no credit of return to my account. I order from a lot of companies online and I have never seen any take this long to process a return.
I ordered two items online, one of which I received was completely wrong and the other was damaged. I emailed them about whether I could get the right item in exchange for the wrong item I received. They told me they did not have the item in stock anymore.
The other item I received was correct -- but there was a HUGE tear on the side seam. I don't have time to exchange it for another one, but luckily I have the ability to sew up the tear myself.

So I basically wasted money on an item I didn't even order AND on shipping that item I can't even return. Waiting to hear back from their customer service about this bull.
This site is not friendly to Canadians. Although they are located in the USA the clothing is manufactured in China. Everything you buy you will pay Duty on. My daughter bought $100 dollars in clothing and had to pay $50 dollars in duty and handling fees.
I have been reading a lot of bad reviews about the customer service and when I had some concerns about my shipment I was wary about getting a reply back. I had emailed a question that I had late at night the customer service responded the next morning very promptly and when I responded in the morning they emailed me within 10 minutes of my reply. The person that I talked to was very helpful and polite and did her best to help me.
I am 5'4" and I ordered a small See Me Sequin Bodycon dress. The shipping was great, but the dress was horrible! A wear a 4 in jeans, and I'm 115 pounds and this dress does not even cover my underwear! You CANNOT walk in this dress without it riding up above your waist like a shirt!
