I ordered a chair and waited over a month, tracking the package which was supposedly coming from China. The tracking information said the package had been delivered, however, I never received the package (and was home at the time it said it was delivered). I have repeatedly requested a refund and have not yet received one after months of waiting (I was told a refund would be issued.)
Like I'm actually flabbergasted because I'm usually the type of person to never fall for stuff like this. But low behold i'm out 80 dollars. I order this in March, said delivered on April. Never got it so I contacted customer service. So they were very enthusiastic and said they would issue a refund for me. I waited and waited, and I contacted them for now going on 4 months and they slowly stopped responding. I'm still emailing in hopes they will refund me for my order that never came. I'm honestly so confused. Like if you guys are a scam company, then why even respond? Why not just ignore the customer support emails? I'm honestly more confused than angry, because they seemed genuinely like they were working on my issue and responded back and forth for months. And said they would "hurry and rush for a refund" or something. So yea. I don't know what the point of telling me that was for but yeah... stay away from this company! It's 100% totally a scam, and still can't believe this happened to me.

Then it hit the USA and China's tracking number is no good here. My local USPS said it would weigh too much so if it came to them, it would be sent back. UPS And FEDEX were equally useless. THERE IS NO WAY TO RECEIVE ANYTHING PURCHASED FROM TIDEBUY.

I bought a pair of subwoofers took a month and a half to not even get here I was given a website and a tracking number that wasn't even real when something did finally arrive. I had to pay the postage $5.10 to the mailman and it was a pair of sunglasses. When you realize you have been scammed they drag their feet on refunding the money... hopefully your credit card company will fight for you? The profit for Mr. China man is to hold your money as long as they can an invest it, hoping to make a profit off the interest earned. The more people they can scam and the longer they can hold your money the more interest they can earn. Americans are not stupid people were just too trusting!
Do not buy anything from the website Tidebuy. It is 100% a scam. I was trying to order a compact treadmill and it told me my order cannot be processed at this time. However, my credit card company contacted me letting me know that someone was using my credit card in Great Britain for gas in the same amount of 79.99 do not buy anything from these scam artist unless you want to get scammed!

I purchased a "leather" motorcycle jacket from Tidebuy. It is a piece of garbage that I wouldn't even wear to a Halloween party. The "worn" sections of the jacket are literally painted with orange paint. I'm not even sure why this company would waste their time doing this. I think I would prefer that they send me a piece of garbage jacket without the orange paint.
