Customer Service was prompt, polite and were eager to make it right. I buy from this site all of the time for myself and most often as gifts for new brides, babies, and house warming gifts and have never had (minus this one garment) or heard of a complaint from any friends. I believe my issue with my most recent item was a one off and will not deter me from continuing to be a repeat customer.

I found the site online and was excited because they have cute dresses. I had a coupon code for 35% off so I ordered a few dresses. The first dress was super thin material and was way too long for me. The second dress the second I took it out of the bag had a big snag. I was planning to return the items, until I saw on my invoice they were final sale. I went to their website and saw anything over 30% off is final sale. However when I purchased the items there was nothing in the cart that mentioned final sale. So now I'm stuck with two dresses, one of which I spent less than $30 but is currently at the tailor being completely redone and is costing another $30 just so I can wear it. I will never purchase from this site again.

I too have received damaged, unacceptable merchandise. They insist on you sending a picture, and want you to pay to return it. Then you get a store credit... as if I would want anything from them. Not only did I contact them, but I contacted Amazon, who allows them to be a third party seller on their site. This will damage the reputation of Amazon as well in my opinion. I am still waiting for resolution, and will not accept a store credit.

The quality in multiple items I bought ($200 worth) were by far, the worst I have ever seen. So bad that I don't know how they get away with charging people. The material is stuff I've never felt before, just pure trash. This review sounds crazy because of how harsh I'm being, but if you have ever received an item from them you know exactly what I'm talking about. I was too late to return my items, so they offered store credit. I don't want store credit, I want my money back.

Terrible customer service
November 17, 2016

I never do these reviews but I just want everyone who orders from this site to know how awful they are. I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise on 10/21/16 and my credit card was charged right away. They marked my order as shipped 10/24 and when I checked on it, the post office said it had never been shipped. I called them twice and the number goes straight to a voice mail. I left two messages and then when I didn't hear back from them I emailed them. Their messages back to me were so rude and basically said we're behind and you ordered something that is monogrammed so we will get it to you as soon as we can. That was 11/10. It is now 11/17 and I have heard nothing further from them or received my order. The funniest part is --I keep getting requests to review items in the order! And every time I say I can't review because I have never received the item... I get an email back thanking me for the review. Next week I will file a grievance with my bank. Don't order from this company!

Store policy

I shop mostly boutiques for holidays and special occasions and The Pink Lily is the most ridiculous place I have ever dealt with. This place is not even willing to exchange something for a different size when they have it available. They will send your merchandise back to you or graciously give it too charity Will not ever deal with this boutique again. I encourage others not too. Their are to many boutiques out there that are much better to deal with and have just as good of merchandise but are not difficult to deal with. Example: I had to return a sweater at a boutique I shop at and couldn't find receipt and they accepted from where I had the purchase on my cc on my phone. Gave me store credit which was just fine. That's a business that wants to keep customers.

I recently ordered 3 dresses from them totaling $110. I expected boutique quality as the name would suggest. What I received was cheap, garbage! These items look nothing like the pictures and are cheaply made. They refuse to pay return shipping or issue a refund. Do NOT buy from this company.

I purchased my daughter a $32 t-shirt that was screen printed to order. When I received the shirt, it had ink smears on it, the lettering was crooked, the fabric was the cheapest stuff possible, and it could have fit an elephant. The size chart is not even close to being accurate. I tried to reach customer service several times with no luck. They bounce you around until you get frustrated and give up. They do not offer refunds, they offer store credit. Given the poor quality of this item, I didn't want to exchange for another poor quality item. This is like those Forever 21 stores that my daughter used to frequent. Another place with horrible customer service and cheaply made items copied from other name brands. I tried to upload a pic but apparently it is too large.

Overpriced Cheap clothes

Obviously this store orders cheap China knockoffs. I ordered several items the one shirt had the under arms sewn in so low you couldn't put it on. The "lined" dress had no lining and was paper thin. The two cardigans were ok kinda funny shaped but wearable. I won't ever order here again. They were friendly and offered me a store credit but the clothes are just too overpriced and cheap.

I received a pullover for Christmas from my sister. She ordered a Medium and what arrived would have fit an NFL defensive linebacker. A Medium ladies pull over should be comfortable for a 5'5" girl like myself. I could have housed a family with this thing. That isn't the bad part. When I called to complain the rep was rude and would not exchange the item. Buyer beware, Do not buy from the Pink Lilly. Go to a local retailer and try on what you want. Or at least buy from a business with a return policy. Total ripoff!

I decided to splurge and spend $48 on a few sweaters. Once I received them, I realized how cheap the material is! You feel like you're going to rip the sweater when you put it over your head. Very thin, very cheap material. Also, one of the sweaters I bought sheds like crazy! I was covered in fuzzy pieces of fabric as soon as I tried it on. I went to return the clothes, but wasn't allowed to return half of them because I got a discount. Any accepted returns were only for in store credit. This store does not give you your money back no matter what. I've gotten much better quality sweaters at half the price from h&m and target!

This boutique is not what it makes it out to be. I have ordered a total of 4 things from them and they were all terrible quality. They also do not post reviews on their website that is less than 4 stars. They had a flash sale of $20 rompers so I bought 3, and then when I returned the 2, I only got half my money back AND it was store credit. Do not buy from them! Save your money! WAY overpriced! They also edit their pictures so the colors look much prettier online.

Ive ordered a few things from the pink lily and this is what I have discovered. Do not refer to an item listing because whoever post the items must be different than who writes the item discriptions for they do not match up. I bought a pink shirt and it arrived 100 % cotton and neon pink/orange. I thought I was getting a pink shirt that had a mixed combination of fabrics making it softer than 100% cotton. I ordered a grey sweater that arrived thin like really cheap sheets, and the threading was a multiple of colors (so strange). You have to pay to ship damaged items back and what appears to be China clothing. I have also received a tee that had black burnt marks on it from the machine that puts the wording on the graphic tees. Im not that upset because this is small and Im thankful for all I have, but yeah I would shop somewhere else.

I've ordered from Pink Lily numerous times and have always had excellent customer service and the quality of the fabrics were amazing. I made a mistake on my shipping address and contacted them via live chat on their website and they were able to fix it immediately. I've ordered items that didn't fit and contacted Pink Lily and they gave me thorough instructions to get them sent back and I received my credit within a week of the return being delivered to them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased many items from this boutique online and everything is always so cute and is true to size. The customer service is always exceptionally friendly and they always go above and beyond for any request you may have. Shipping is always fast, which is a plus! I'd highly recommend this boutique to anyone, by far my favorite place to shop!

Awful Experience

The shipping took forever - apparently the screen print tees are "made to order" which is the small fine print that no one sees until you contact them to inquire where your order is. The sizing is WAY off which is super frustrating because you can't return anything for a refund, you get "credit"... I have a stack of clothes now that I will just have to donate because they don't fit and there's no point to getting a "credit" from a place I don't want to buy from again.

The clothing is also incredibly over priced for what it is - a lot of the clothing you can find at other stores for half the price. Literally the exact same thing.

I keep shopping here for a few reasons. Occasionally I get some really cute finds, but most times they are overpriced for the quality. Also, the return policy is the worst, so when I made a large return (because of quality) I ended up with close to 300 in store credit. Which is fine I can find little things here and there that are worth it.
If you want something quickly, this isn't your place. Every order I have ever made takes WEEKS to receive and the options to upgrade shipping are seriously like 70+ bucks. I've even had a shirt that was specific to a holiday that I received AFTER the holiday and they wouldn't take back for even in store credit.

Extremely over priced, quality in clothes (okay) AND the shoes I bought I found them on amazon for MUCH cheaper. Amazon has a much better refund policy. I'm extremely unhappy that my leggings I ordered which a small always fits me in leggings, the small was too small and I just didn't think the leggings were worth $36 all for me to have to pay $11 to ship it back to them for me to just get store credit. Ridiculous. Never again. Amazon is all around better.

I have bought over $300 of products. Most of my products went back to be returned. This company doesn't offer a refund they offer only a store credit. Now it's been over 2 weeks since I send the items back. They never ever pick up the phone. Don't order from this company!

Poor quality

I ordered a patriotic shirt it came in with a dirty mark on the front. It states that it red white and blue. The white is more a winter white or light cream. I would change your description of this top. Very misleading. I ordered once last year and was disappointed. I thought i would give it another try sorry i did. The material is cheap and see thru. I will never order from this company again. I would return this top but there is no returns on patriotic merchandise. So now i have a cheap shirt with a stain on the front.
