I was worried to order anything off this website because of the reviews. I decided to call the store and talk to them. I left a message and got a call back first thing this morning. I was so impressed. Most people only write bad reviews. This company is located in Kentucky and not over seas, this company posts a size chart next to the clothing which most people don't read and if you are having anything monogramed it will take longer to ship. I will order from this company and feel confident in the clothing. If you want other reviews, look on the Facebook page. Excellent reviews!
The tags in both my tie dye swear shirts that I paid a total of $98 for both say made in CHINA. Maybe the actual tie dye was done in the US, but I really thought I was supporting a product made entirely in the US and that's why I didnt mind paying a lot. Plus hand wash only because the color will bleed? Really? They didnt wash this in cold water so it no longer bleeds? So disappointed.
Their clothing is not true to size.
If something doesn't fit they only give you a credit to purchase from their site again. AND you HAVE to pay to ship the return back.

I received a dress from this company as a gift. I kept it in the package until I planned to wear it (about 2.5 months after it was ordered). When I took it out of the package I noticed the inseam that attached the sleeve to the body of the dress was ripped. I immediately contacted the company and they informed me they have a three-day policy from the time you place the order to let them know if something is wrong and offered me no solutions to their problem. I will never order clothing from them again and would not recommend it to anyone.
I have ordered form this site three times and third time is a charm from the customer service department here, her name was Nikki, absultely did nothing to help me with my issues THREE TIMES! Dont even try to make a return, you'll pay for shipping - even if you paid $20 extra for shipping. :)
I'm always skeptical about ordering from online boutiques, but I have this one a shot. Too be honest I didn't read the many poor reviews beforehand otherwise it may have scared me off. But I can say today, the service was great. I had a credit on my account from a previous return and so when placing a new order, I wanted to use it. The total showed correct on the screen but when I opted to use AfterPay, it canceled out the credit and went through with original total. The online customer service chat girl was able to go in and apply my credit and adjust my AfterPay payments with me having to do anything! Then after that I realized my shipping address was incorrect as well. It was going to my billing address instead. The chat girl was able to fix that right away too. I was so happy they didn't give me a hard time. Maybe they are pushing to step up their customer service.
I ordered a dress from Pink Lily Boutique and it was really cute in the picture. When I received it in the mail, it was made cheap and the colors were not the same color as in the picture online. Totally different colors. I called customer service about it and the lady on the phone didnt seem to care. Told me that returns are store credit only. I can understand if it was the same as what they show in the picture but it wasnt. So that isnt my fault and Im not going to wear some NEON color ugly dress. So now I have to order something else and Im sure its not what it is going to be in the picture. Very disappointed in this company. I do not recommend this company and I will never buy from them again.
I love buying from small boutiques but this is terrible. I bought a sweater and when I received it... it was HUGE! I called to return it and was told sorry but I couldn't. I'll order from other boutiques from now on.
I ordered an item on the 7th of December. Today, December 28th, I still don't have my item and haven't had any updates since I ordered it. I tried contacting them with no luck. I also tried leaving a 1 star review on their website and it magically disappeared and all I could see were all their 5 star reviews.
I have not a single item from them yet have spend over $100 of my money. They deactivated all customer accounts and FAILED to send me a gift card for. They are absolutely horrible and inethical. I have been waiting for responses from them for over 8 months.
For one, when I placed my first order I did not realize that they do not offer return shipping. Which okay, fine. I'll pay to return my items. But then I learned (after I sent my items back) that they do not offer your money back, they offer store credit. SOOO the reason I sent items back was because they did not fit. If i order again using my store credit, and they do not fit, I have to AGAIN pay for return shipping to get, yes, store credit AGAIN. There are about 1,000 other places I could order cute clothes from that I can return my items for at minimum a refund but sometimes also return shipping (*cough* even Amazon has better clothing and returns than this place). It sucks because the items that fit were over priced but at least what I was looking for. I would rather shop at somewhere like Lulus or Azazie for similar items and better customer service. Would NOT recommend to a friend or anyone for the matter.
If I could give this a zero I would. Horrible quality clothing, absolutely no returns allowed. That shows how much they don't trust people to purchase their products. Do not buy!

Ordered three sweaters from here for Christmas pictures with my family and they were really thin and very cheap quality. Would not recommend to anyone at all.
I bought a shirt from them didn't try it on in store because I was in rush, when I was trying on at home I ripped the ticket off! Didn't like how it looked tried to return it today, & she told me I couldn't because the ticket was off! WASNT WORN OR ANYTHING! Is it that hard to use a gun & put the ticket back! I'm definitely calling my bank & disputing my order but I will gladly bring back the shirt that is so overpriced & found it somewhere else! I use to like this place until today! Seriously stupidest rule in the world!
This is the worst website that you could purchase clothes from! STAY AWAY! YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK! The clothes are horrible, horrible quality! I ordered 5 dresses which looked pretty good in the pictures, but when I received them, they were of the poorest quality ever! I was so disappointed! I SPEND 200 $ AND THEY DON'T WANT TO GET MY MONEY BACK! They issued me a store credit... Their clothes are awful! And now THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! YOUR CRAPPY MERCHANDISE IS NOT WORTH IT... Ladies, PLEASE STAY AWAY! OR YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY UGLY CLOTHES WITH AWFUL QUALITY!
I ordered a shirt from there online website 3 weeks ago and still have not received it ever time I email them they say it will be shipped soon. Lesson learned never again will I order from this site

I ordered the "Chasing forever vest" which described it as having a pretty blue colored fur along with tan and another color. I got the vest and there was NO BLUE anywhere on it. I went to the site to see if there were two color options... there was not. I had been tricked. The vest I had received was an ugly brown and grey. When I emailed customer service they said the picture of the girl wearing the vest was taken outside so the colors look brighter. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THE SUN TURNS GREY INTO BLUE? At that point I was super aggravated and asked for a refund... which I had to fight for. Then I asked for a refund on shipping since they sent a vest that was not the one I ordered. They refused. DO NOT BUY!
I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service! I agree with so many that said sizing charts are off. You can't return clothing if it's on sale, so you're screwed!
I usually ALWAYS go around bragging about Pink Lily but I could not be more disappointed with their customer service. Go into the store?... sweetest employees ever. Buy online?... they don't do anything to help. Yes, I purchase something "on sale" but it was NOT a clearance item. It was the Labor Day sale and NOWHERE did they mention EVERYTHING was final sale. I had it "pick up in store option" and tried it on IN the store and it didn't fit but yet I can't make a return or even get store credit! What a joke. Never again will I purchase online and I'm hinestly heartbroken with the poor service that I doubt I'd go back into the store.
IF YOU ARE A TALL PERSON, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM WITHOUT TRYING IT ON.
Answer: You have to send it back at your own cost. If you choose not to exchange it, you only get a store credit. If you choose to exchange it, you STILL have to pay to send it back and PAY for the shipping back to you. A total rip off. Don't expect any communication from their either, they don't respond.
